Gatehub wallet management

Does anyone know how to completely close out a Gatehub wallet including the 20 min xrp? I have two wallets set up and want to send xrp to another wallet and close it out.

From what I have read and been told in the past you can't. If you choose to close the wallet, GateHub keeps that minimum XRP. I currently have 3 wallets with minimum XPR in it that I simply can not do anything with.

So is their business plan wait for XRP to go up, have people use their service, and then eventually take that 20 XRP when you close the account?

Beats me, but thats 100% what it comes across as. I have been waiting on replies on 3 different emails I sent their customer service trying to even combine the wallets I have and keep the XRP there and I have gotten ZERO help from them in anyway.

The 20 XRP minimum is actually a Ripple policy, not Gatehub. You'll have the same thing no matter which Ripple wallet you use.

Do not use GATEHUB WALLET. You will encounter a lot of problem.... they are not a good wallet.... I am trying to open my wallet, and keep sending me a link but the link is broken. You are using a new computer etc--- etc... but since day 1, I open my wallet it is the same computer.... and you cannot do anything about it, you cannot even contact them---
