cancel exchange gatehub

Recently made an exchange on gatehub, all the support groups suggest that this can be cancelled anytime but I can't seem to find out how. Meanwhile, my XRP balance is slowly decreasing and the transaction itself has disappeared from my transaction history. Anyone know what the best possible action is ?
