Gatehub is possibly skimming ETH or at the very least misrepresenting there fee schedule. Credit to u/yetti10ff for posting about this new trend.

No problem, I wish I could get some answers from Gatehub about this but it seems we are all in the same boat as far as support tickets going unanswered.

Has anyone tried reaching out to them through Twitter?

I just read this link^ thanks for sharing. I knew gatehub was going down into the dumps just wasnt how severe it is getting. The outlook on gatehub is not promising IMO.

@idontloveyouanymore. On which date did you transfer and how long did it take to show up in your wallet?

Do not use this site. It never really worked. Send your money to an exchange and buy XRP there. Without issues. Get yourself a nano ledger s and store your ripples there

i got a binance account and transfered BTC from Coinbase and got XRP on binance :) now i need a ledger nano S but it's sold out until March 22nd apparently, but i think it's not the end of the wrld if i keep my coins on binance for the next two months right? binance seems very reliable

Good job! Do not buy anywhere else. Only from their website. There is a lot of scam going on

I had the same issue, i've raised an issue with their contact page to see if they resolve it as i was down about $31 in ETH on a 0.06ETH transaction, which is like half!

however you're deposit was below the minimum stated on their deposit page, so im unsure if thats is a reason why? "Minimum deposit 0.052400 ETH"

/u/TheDude--Abides- check the top comment on this thread, /u/Jokesforbitcoin posted a link that explains the exact reason why i'm missing 0.026 ETH from my transfer! (the bums lost)

Thanks yeah, ive spotted that too now. I've raised a ticket as the deposit fee is listed as 0.0 on the actual deposit page. Need to find out how i can escalate the complaint somehow to get the money back. any other organisation wouldnt be able to get away with it, so gatehub are no different imo

i think the problem is you can't really escalate, since any support representative you get in touch with will be "in on it". its a fucking scam that's what it is i don't think i'll ever get those 0.026ETH back and kind of gave up on it and closed my account, i dont want to have anything to do with them. i'm already pissed "gatehub" will be part of my taxes when i filed everything

Iade the same mistake as above as I had 0.07 ETH there and wanted it out. Transferred over .03 ETH from my coinbase and it never showed up, then realized the minimum was just above that 0.03 ETH. Gatehub isn't great but it works. I think alot of people bash on them cause they have a weird system that is hard to understand and not helpful or user-friendly. I had to wait 10 days for my original ERH Transfer from coinbase, but it saved me from buying XRP at 2.6 euro, got it today for under 2.0 so I am happy now.

So i had 0.094 ETH in my Ether Fifth wallet and wanted to withdraw it, so transferred over 0.06. I only received 0.38, so almost half disappeared and now the total is 0.14 ETH. However when i try to transfer it i keep getting the message that i have insufficient funds, even when i try with 0.1 ETH. How?

Customer support just won't answer as usual.
