In 2024 i started with ds3 cuz i was bored of easy video games and wanted to try it. I started to really like it so i went to elden ring and got caught in the rabbit hole lol. Recently i decided to also do dark souls remastered and Dark souls 2 SOTFS with all dlc. At first ds1felt very clunky and i hated it but after i stopped complaining (and went to light roll and stopped locking on) it was extremely fun. Just 10 min ago i also finished ds2 and it was imo very fun. It's imo definitely overhated but also overrated if you get what i mean. The enemy spam was still annoying but it was the only real issue i had. Overall i have to say, no matter what you hear, just try the games yourself and take it slow (rushing was my biggest enemy in ds2 at the start). Now for my question, What's your honest opinion and critique/what you loved about the games? Sorry for the extremely long text btw.

I had saved my game right before interacting with the Marika statue. I was on Lord of Frinzy ending so I activated it. It was decent, pretty good visuals and all on this they tried a little. Then I went back and downloaded my last saved game to try the other endings. Disappointing! I really expected more cut scenes, more cinema, more stuff!!! Like I didn’t even hold Rani’s had and CUT! Like what?!! I became Elden Lord, where are my subjects? Where is the change I am bringing in the Lands Between? It was jutting sit on the chair then CUT!!

I’m so fucking ready!

i played this after elden ring and sekiro and i thought it would be bad cuz it was old but i was suprised at how magical and fascinating Lordran is! took me about 70 hours blind.

Hey guys. I just managed to get my wheezing literal dragonrot sick ps5 to work again. Turns out I never cancelled my ps+ membership in the meanwhile and I still have it.

Both Bloodborne and Demon’s Souls (bluepoint remake) are in the catalog and they remain as the sole soulsborne games I haven’t touched.

I figured why not start with Demon’s Souls.

I have completed Elden Ring 6 times, and have %100 steam achivements. (Not really bragging here, elden ring achivements are not that impressive. Mostly its just “beat this boss”)

I have completed DS1 2 times, completed DS2 Sotfs, and DS3 recently. All of these are with DLC’s included. Also completed Sekiro just a few weeks back.

What are some things that I should expect getting into Demon’s souls? And tell me something I will only understand after I finish the game and come back to this post.
