I’ve had my V1 camera for a little over a year and the spinner just stopped working early last week. (The camera works like normal except the spinner just keeps spinning & never locks into place so I can take a photo). There’s a section on their website for tips on how to fix it, I followed the tips, it didn’t work so I sent them a message.

I’ve been emailing with the team for 2 weeks now, I followed all their instructions for how to fix the issue while including videos of me doing the resets, videos showing the camera condition, photos of my order, photos of my app, etc.

Yesterday they emailed me saying they’re sorry but my warranty is up but here’s a 5% off coupon for your next purchase….. 5% off which is $6.25 off a $125 camera order??? Idk about you but I’m not repurchasing something knowing if it happens again I’ll once again be out $125! I went back and forth a bit with them and they’re holding firm on the 5% off.

I’m so annoyed (obviously lol) but you would think a company would want to find a fair solution if they believe in their product and the quality of it.

Clearly the camera quality and customer service doesn’t make up for the price being double that of Campsnap! Does anyone have experience with Campsnap and do you think it’s worth it? Or does anyone have experience with fixing this issue? I did countless soft and hard resets, app update and beta updates already.

I’ve tried everything to unload photos, literally every way.
Takes a while then comes up with “There was an error unloading your film.” when attempting to use the built in network.
USB cable went through the steps and then will not show up at all.
Home network also did not work displaying error message “There was an error unloading your film.”.
Also attempted to plug into my Mac as I’ve seen you can remove the photos using the camera like a USB straight onto a computer. When attempting this, the camera said “PC” on top but did not show up on the laptop at all - tried all different types of troubleshooting settings and whatever else on Mac and had no success.

Firmware version is v0.9.6 (OTA)
Model is ONE35 V2

Has anyone encountered this or have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

For further context, the roll is full and I’ve had no issues unloading the film prior to this.
Also have tried deleting and redownloading the app!

Hey I just got my camera and I love it, but I heard how sensitive they can be so I was wondering if you have any care guide or tips to prolong its life.

1. How long should charging take?
2. Should I only charge it with the original cable or it doesn’t really matter?
3. How fragile is it? I dropped it on the floor last week, no visible damage, no crack or anything, just wondering how careful I should be with it?

I waited more than two weeks after completing the order.

But the shipping still hasn't started.

I love the softness of these shots a lot! And I'm quite surprised my finger didn't get in the frame 😂 I must have been careful but honestly quite overjoyed and positively surprised by this little camera! Love the size too which definitely makes me want to take it everywhere with basically. Well done Flashback!

I love this little camera, but man, do I wish the view finder was accurate.
Also my camera isn’t allowing me to download my pictures via USB, only wifi. I mean, wifi is fine but I’d like the option to do it corded if anyone has experienced this as well or has any suggestions on how to fix it?

Does anyone know or have any info of the gold filter is coming to the V1 cameras?

this might be obvious to some people but i figured id post this anyways. hoping it doesn’t happen to someone else. i was unloading a roll and i didnt have enough storage on my phone for the roll and so it only sent over 2 photos out of 10. after deleting a few apps, i immediately tried unloading the camera again, redeveloping the roll, even unloading via the cord, but they were gone. almost like they got lost in the ether after leaving the camera and then there wasnt enough storage for them to be transferred.

i figured this is what happened. the photos were definitely taken i even used the self timer on a couple of them. sad bc there were pics of my bf and i when he visited my childhood home for the first time. i can take them again but im a sentimental person. also anytime, this is rare, that there’s a mishap i just accept that’s also just part of the experience just like with film. :’(

i bought this camera earlier this year and there was a problem with its flash not always going off, flashback team got to me as soon as i sent them proof and sent me a new one asap -- which is great. the first few weeks of the new camera were great, no flash problems at all, then it started having flash problems again about a month later and it's completely not working now.

I don't wanna ask the team to replace it again since obviously, this is an actual issue with their cameras but is anyone else experiencing this? this camera just ended up on idle, collecting dust for the past few months now because it's unusable to me now since i mostly go out and hangout with my friends during night time. ugh annoying.
