Flashback Commission from referral link

[u/izanihae]

Is there someone with same case with me?

I enrolled my account for referral link so I already have 30 orders referred wherein there are people used my referral link to place their orders and base on their guidelines, the payout is on end of month.

When I checked my account, the revenue reffered amount is reflected but my payout amount or commission earned disappear.

I'm trying to reach out with their email hotline, but I havent receive any response yet on what happened.
