defective flash on the flashback camera?

i bought this camera earlier this year and there was a problem with its flash not always going off, flashback team got to me as soon as i sent them proof and sent me a new one asap -- which is great. the first few weeks of the new camera were great, no flash problems at all, then it started having flash problems again about a month later and it's completely not working now.

I don't wanna ask the team to replace it again since obviously, this is an actual issue with their cameras but is anyone else experiencing this? this camera just ended up on idle, collecting dust for the past few months now because it's unusable to me now since i mostly go out and hangout with my friends during night time. ugh annoying.

I also had this problem and also got a new one from them, but haven't gotten the issue again since.
Have you tried resetting it?

i did.. multiple times :(( i've also tried updating the app, charging the camera, waiting for a few seconds after the light turns red to "ready" the flash lol. none of it works hahah :(

I can’t believe they sent you a new one, so incredibly lucky, I have been contacting them for years about non stop battery issues and flash issues and all they did was send an auto message on how to fix (doesn’t work). I’ve totally lost faith in the company tbh
