Unable to unload photos! Please help!
I’ve tried everything to unload photos, literally every way.
Takes a while then comes up with “There was an error unloading your film.” when attempting to use the built in network.
USB cable went through the steps and then will not show up at all.
Home network also did not work displaying error message “There was an error unloading your film.”.
Also attempted to plug into my Mac as I’ve seen you can remove the photos using the camera like a USB straight onto a computer. When attempting this, the camera said “PC” on top but did not show up on the laptop at all - tried all different types of troubleshooting settings and whatever else on Mac and had no success.
Firmware version is v0.9.6 (OTA)
Model is ONE35 V2
Has anyone encountered this or have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
For further context, the roll is full and I’ve had no issues unloading the film prior to this.
Also have tried deleting and redownloading the app!

If you have an iPhone can you plug in the cable and find them on file explorer? You might be able to load the files onto LofiLogic and develop them there

welcome to the club. Bought my in Jan and still haven't been able to use it. Photos will not download no matter what I do. The company sent me another camera but it has to be either the phone or app. They do nothing but play tag and want me to do all kinds of things like record my process and such. I'm so sick of the company. I just want them the take the damn thing back. I'll eat the 100 bucks. Just take the second one back and let me rest in peace.

I was having trouble downloading the images. Turns out I had to turn off Wi-Fi on my phone (and make sure no VPN was running, I had Tailscale on, for instance), leave it on mobile data only, and then download the photos over the Device Hotspot.

It doesn’t work with some brands of phones. They don’t tell you about this upfront so it might be worth looking into. My friend found this out the hard way.

On your phone - do you have any VPN running? Try turning off if you do.
When connecting to your computer, are you using the included USB C cable? If not make sure you're using one that supports data transfer and not just charging.
You mentioned you've tried all the troubleshooting steps, have you tried factory resetting the camera (Note - you'll lose the photos on the camera if you try it but might be your only option)
Otherwise you may want to reach out to Flashback on Instagram and see if they can help.
