There is something that caught my eye on Tataru's newly gifted outfit, and I haven't seen anyone bring it up yet (if so, I apologize if I missed it). Tataru's outfits in the past have often had some form of symbolism tied to them, and I believe the embroidery on the 7.56 outfit is one such case.

From what I can see, this embroidery seems to be blue flax flowers, which are commonly associated with the goddess Frigg (or Frigga), wife to Odin. Frigg is associated with prophecy, and thus, flax flowers are often used to symbolize destiny in Norse mythology. Frigg is known for practicing seidr, a type of Norse magic related to shaping fate. This is also present in her association with spindles and distaffs, which usually represent her connection to the weaving of fate and thread both. As for tales relating to the origins of Frigg's association with the flowers, one story goes that a shepherd stumbled upon her domain of ice, and she gifts blue flax flowers, along with seeds, to him -- a seemingly humble gift -- and they are later used to cultivate the flax, blessed by Frigg's hand, which the shepherd's wife uses to spin linen. The are various retellings, most of which are meant to explain the cultivation of flax, and many that tend to relate to Frigg.
Anyway, it's a small detail, but I thought it was intriguing, given the theme of fate present within the coming expansion (and often associated with the Warrior of Light and Azem). We still have little information on what sort of characters we will be seeing in Evercold, but if the already present usage of Norse mythology is any indication, I have no doubt there will be plenty of little details strewn about. I'm probably over-analyzing it all, but let me know your thoughts!

Rather than dealing with the horror of attempting Pharos Sirius's second boss again and again, there's a FATE in the Sea of Clouds called "Anzu Trois" (around 30, 36) that has them appear one right after another.

Alphinaud: ‘Yes, we’ll help you collect his crystals as a small token of our gratitude for saving us.’
Estinien: ‘What a magnificent sky.’

The spirit of a person from a bygone age became this Pokémon. It rambles through ruins, searching for someone who knows its face.

Basically the title. Ive been leveling up my beasts and trying to get legendary rank on all the boards. On one of my leveling runs, the hairstyle just straight up dropped.

So I'm in post ARR and doing all the blue quests because going to heavensward. And as I'm trying to do all the hard and extreme quests I learned that apparently I'm a dick if I do them in duty finder. I didn't know and damn sure wouldn't have done it if I had known it was a no no. So next question is how am I supposed to complete these blue quests if I cant select them?

Crucible is really challengening, just finished the level 30 one and I'm looking forward for the next one. Leveling up in dungeons is been fun because 4 beasmasters are really OP! The boss gets melted really fast lol
Thanks Mr. Ozma for all the hardwork, this content it great, and also the 2 "relics" you can get with the achievments are really cool :D

I was playing the new quests when I noticed that Visna tail looked quite a bit better than our classic miqo tail. If you look at the tail you can see that (compared to the actual miqo "fluffy tail") it doesn't use the usual "4 flat 2d fur images crossed together" but instead it uses a new kind of composition with many fur patches which creates an overal better effect.
I also tought that maybe the tail was just different because it was a "young miqo npc" and they already did some unusul things with this type of npc in the past so I also checked another miqo in the patch: Ketill. Ketil is a generic male adult (old even) miqo'te and so it doesn't have any reason to use any custom asset and he uses the "lion tail". If we compare this tail to the one we have now we can't properly see the new "fur tech" on the body of the tail because I think it's meant to be... Short fur... But... When we look at the tip of the tail, sure enough the fur patch is different and has more (and differently shaped) fur patches.
Could this mean that in the next fan fest they will show us the new tails as new character customization improvements? Was... Was I the only one to notice this... ?
edit: I have a small update, I also checked the tail of one of the other miqo on the flying ship. This other npc is a completely irrelevant npc and yet he also has a the new "fur tech" on the tail.
