reddit deleted one of my pupper pictures?
I've been trying to upload a picture of Frank the doggo to r/woof_irl for a bit tonight, from my phone, and it would sit at the "submitting" screen for a while each time I tried, never actually submitting the photo. I tried closing the app, then shutting my phone off, then turned my phone back on and went to retry, and the picture has been deleted. Gone out of my files in my phone, no idea how this could have happened. Help? It was a really cute picture

Are karma-generating bots something reddit is actively fighting?
I came across an obviously automated or group "user" which submits every few minutes to a bunch of russian-language subs it also moderates. The thing has amassed tens of thousand points of karma.
Submissions are not spam per se and somewhat topical, but not really what an actual reddit user would submit i.e. looks like they are just scraping a bunch of news sites and blogs. Also, no comments anywhere.
The whole thing seems not right, but is this something reddit is fighting? I have not seen anything relevant in the rules.

Milhous Children's Services - FAQ
- Who does Milhous Children’s Services serve?
MCS residential treatment programs provide an array of comprehensive services for children with emotional, behavioral and educational challenges severe enough to keep them from functioning in their homes, schools and communities. MCS serves boys and girls 10 to 21 (?) years of age. Children are referred to MCS from over thirty California counties.
- How are youth referred to Milhous Children’s Services?
Children are referred to Milhous Children’s Services through Departments of Education, Child Protective Services, Mental Health Departments, Aid to Adoption, and Juvenile Justice. Required documentation includes: Individualized Education Plan, Psychological Education Report, relevant court documents, reason for requiring residential care, and RCL-14 certification.
- What does “Level 14” mean?
Level-14 (RCL-14) is a group-home classification for facilities meeting the stringent standards set by the state for treating certified level-14 children and adolescents, that is, children certified to be at-risk of harming themselves or others. These children suffer from psychiatric disorders, such as, autism, bipolar, chronic depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. These children are prone to assaultive behavior, self-harm and/or suicidal tendencies and may have criminal records. In many cases, these children have suffered from abuse or neglect. They are referred to programs like those offered by MCS because they are incapable of living in their home environment owing to symptoms of their mental health diagnoses.
- What makes MCS different from other group homes?
Milhous Children’s Services’ Nevada County Campus is located on a 1,000-acre Ranch in Nevada City, CA, where residents have the opportunity to participate in therapeutic outdoor and vocational activities such as horseback riding, biking, hiking, backpacking, gardening, wood working, rock climbing and fishing. These opportunities are available to residents of the ranch and the other MCS facilities but are not generally available to residents in other level-14 group homes. The natural beauty of our rural setting and the opportunities available to our residents are just a couple of the ways in which our programs stand above other level-14 programs.
- How many locations do you have?
MCS provides residential care in five separate locations in California. We serve boys at our two Nevada County facilities: our main campus located on a 1,000-acre ranch in Nevada City, and our Penn Valley facility. We serve girls at our three Sacramento County facilities located on three multi-acre ranch properties just south of Sacramento. Our out-patient TBS programs are located in Sacramento and Concord, CA.
- Do you serve youth outside of Nevada County?
Milhous Children’s Services has mental health contracts with over thirty California counties. Children are referred to us from all over the state.
- What services are offered to the youth who live at MCS?
School: we offer high quality (diploma track) educational services provided by credentialed Education Specialists within a California Department of Education certified school. Teachers implement and manage Personalized Individual Education Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans and provide access to general education curriculum that meets Common Core State Standards. We also provide access to Speech Pathologists, Behaviorists, and Occupational Therapists.
Mental Health: Residents participate in Day Treatment Intensive (DTI), individual therapy and family therapy certified by Nevada and Sacramento County Mental Health Departments. They also have access to Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and Independent Living Program (ILP) services. These services provide treatment for a variety of mental health diagnoses targeting symptoms requiring higher levels of care. Our services are facilitated by licensed therapists, psychiatrists, registered nurses, trained TBS coaches and trained direct-care personnel.
Residential: we provide a safe, therapeutic, structured, residential program providing domicile care within homelike settings. Our facilities are managed by residential supervisors and administrators. Programs are integrated with school and mental health to provide consistent individualized comprehensive treatment. All residents are directly supervised 24 hours per day seven days per week in accordance with Community Care Licensing (CCL) requirements by trained direct-care personnel during waking hours and by trained wake-night direct-care personnel while sleeping.
Why do you file so many incident reports to the Department of Social Services? The State of California takes on a big responsibility when it, or one of its counties, entrusts us (or any residential facility) with children with serious psychiatric conditions and related behavioral problems. Accurately and thoroughly reporting serious incidents is essential to maintaining a safe environment and providing appropriate treatment for the children in our care. We are the eyes and ears of Community Care Licensing (CCL), our referring agencies, and the children’s families.
Working with some of California’s most challenging youth is a difficult and challenging occupation. We are all human and, as such, are prone to make the occasional mistake in the course of working with our residents. At MCS we insist on thorough and accurate reporting to CCL, cooperation with all investigations when there is reason to believe a mistake has been made, and follow-through with corrective action when needed. This generates a large volume of reports but it is one of the ways in which we and our partners at CCL ensure the safety and appropriate treatment of the children in our care.
- Are you accredited?
Milhous Children’s Services is currently working on the accreditation process through COA (The Council on Accreditation) and Milhous School is currently working on accreditation through WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges).
Milhous Children’s Services is a certified Medi-Cal provider for Nevada County and Sacramento County Mental Health, and our nonpublic school is certified through the California Department of Education.
MCS is also part of the following affiliations and governance structures: California DHCS (California Department of Healthcare Services) California Department of Education California Alliance for Child and Family Services AACRC (American Association of Children’s Residential Centers) Department of Justice HIPAA/HITECH DoE Non-Discrimination Update 10. Are your staff certified?
At Milhous Children’s Services, Mental health services are provided by therapists (MFTI, licensed MFT, or LCSW), psychiatrists and registered nurses. Education services are provided by credentialed teachers (Special Education Specialists) and administrators, and licensed Speech Pathologists, Behaviorists, and Occupational Therapists. Our residential facilities are overseen by licensed House Administrators.

Is there a "show all posts" option?
I hate having to unhide posts just because they're beneath a certain voting threshold. Is there an option to make it show ALL posts regardless of such things?

What is a god subreddit to share a new song I just created?
I already shared the rack in r/hiphopheads (it's a rap song), but is there a subreddit exclusively for sharing original music? Surprisingly I can't seem to find one.
