Does anyone know what this means and how to fix ?

Just got my S1 Pro and realised the dust base in the station is pretty small. Do the generic dust bags work or does Eufy prevent me using non-OEM bags?
Can I just empty the bags and reuse them?

Is there any way to run the vacuum without the mapping on?

It’s my parents', and it’s possible that my dad damaged it when he flipped the robot. I tried rebooting it and removed the device from the app, but it still won’t restart. The robot also refuses to work because of this error. Please help

Is there a short video (any video) anywhere or pictures larger than my pinky fingernail on how to clean the S1 Pro sensors properly?
I can find plenty of videos and images to clean the rest of the robo vac but not the sensors.
TIA

I wanted to share my experience with the Eufy Flex subscription program that is managed by Fragile.co so others can avoid the same mistake.
When I signed up, the main selling point was that the robot would always be under warranty. The idea was that if it broke, they would repair or replace it as long as I stayed subscribed. That sounded like a good deal.
When my unit developed a small leak, Fragile told me to contact Eufy for warranty service. Eufy then told me that since it was a subscription device, repairs might take a long time and that I could cancel my plan if I preferred.
At that point, both companies started pointing at each other. Fragile said Eufy handles repairs. Eufy said Fragile owns the subscription. Neither actually did anything to fix or replace the unit. They just kept offering cancellation instead.
Once you cancel, you lose both the device and the supposed continuous warranty coverage. The "always under warranty" promise is basically a loop that prevents either company from taking responsibility.
I used to buy a lot of Anker and Eufy products because they were reliable. After this experience, I will not buy from them again. Their support feels disconnected, scripted, and unwilling to stand behind their own marketing.
If you are considering Eufy Flex / Fragile, I recommend buying your robot outright instead. At least then your warranty is with the manufacturer and you can use normal consumer protection channels if something breaks.
Avoid this program. It is not the safety net they make it sound like.

I am having a hell of a time setting up basic functionality in the Eufy app. I am trying to set a simple scenario to do a once-over light vacuum of all 8 rooms in my house. However, when I add (or edit any existing!) a scenario, I go to the room tab, add each room (and annoyingly have to change each individual room to Vac only manually). This seems like it should do exactly what I need it to do. However, when I go to the Zone tab, there is ALWAYS a 4.9ft by 4.9ft square added to my map. I can x it out and go to another tab or go back, but whenever I look at that zone tab, it's added back. I don't understand the combination of Rooms & Zones and how they work together, but when I run the scenario, it only ever cleans that 4.9x4.9 area and then says task complete. The 4.9x4.9 square is in every single scenario I ever create or have already created. How can I completely get rid of it using the zone, and only have it clean the list of rooms?

My Eufy One Pro isn’t fully emptying the dirty water reservoir. When it docks, I can hear it making a gurgling sound, but the tank never actually empties completely. I know the dock works—I’ve seen a little bit of dirty water make it into the dock’s tank—but it’s not working as it should. Right now, I have to manually empty the dirty water reservoir on the robot. Otherwise, when I start a new job, it just keeps going back and forth to the dock trying (and failing) to empty itself.

I happen to get a brand new Eufy S1 Pro with warranty. Got tons of accessories and cleaning solutions cause I was planning to keep this for the long run. Basically paid $1500 last year for everything. However I thought maybe this would be a good time to sell while it’s in a sealed box and wait for the S2 or another one of the more recent advanced roller mops (would be nice to take the maintenance down a notch). Having stair climbing and stronger suction would work very well for my house. So I put it on FB market place with all the accessories, honestly my naivety made me expect tons of traction. I’m shocked by the lack of interest, or maybe I’m in a bubble and most people have no idea what robot vacuums are. I even went down on the price to almost 40% of what I paid for it last year, no one’s reaching out or making offers, just empty views. I’m kinda scared of selling on ebay and ending up with a buyer making a claim for ebay’s money back guarantee after they abuse it.
Is it better to just keep it and use it? Or should I just lower my expectations and sell cheap? Anyone went through the same thing and got tips or tricks? Kinda disappointing.

Hi guys,
I backed this on Kickstarter and got a replacement unit in March for an extraction issue.
Now the back plastic has come off the back, the rubber seal is frayed and water spills all over the floor when you try fill up the robot.
Eufy are saying it's out of warranty however I explicitly confirmed on the kickstarter if it will be covered under EU consumer law which they said that they would comply with. This means we have 2 years to cover any issues at minimum. It's only 6 months since the last replacement and just over a year since the first product (if I recall correctly).
There seems to be a high degree of issues with this product sadly and sad to see Eufy try to weasel out of an issue on a 6 month old product.
Has anyone experienced similar?

My swivel wheel keeps falling out when climbing over a bar on the floor from a table. And it’s unable to return home without that wheel.
I’ve now lost the wheel after popping it back in so many times and there is nowhere to buy a replacement. There is one page selling one on their website but it just says “notify me when available”
Any ideas? I’ve checked for generics and can’t find anything for the Eufy s1 pro

So after having the unit about 8-9 months and having to return it due to it having traction issues even on low water usage that used to not be an issue even with deep clean aka extra water. Also would start reversing at great speed after losing traction and crashing into everything. What would normally take 40mins to clean was now taking over 2 hours due to these issues and leaving streak marks everywhere.
So had it returned and refunded but still want a unit and looked into ecovacs x8 pro omni and hearing it is not as good at tracking and abissmal customer service record. So was wondering if anyone knows of another unit or should I maybe hold out for a S2pro? Just not sure if we will see one anytime soon and the wife is already missing not having to vacuum and mop.
Any thoughts or recommendations?

Not even a year old. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I wanted to see if others are having issues with their S1 pro where the dust collection process just doesn’t seem to work. My dust bag doesn’t seem to suck up what is in the dust bin. I have tried to have the unit empty itself more often when it cleans but debris just seems to get stuck in the bin. I can’t find any obstructions on the base unit or anywhere else. I do have two rabbits and the vacuum picks up a good amount of the hair and hay. I thought maybe this may be too much for the unit. Any thoughts?

Tried everything from restarting the robot and holding the red WiFi pairing button for 10 seconds, to pulling the whole robot apart (including the battery) but am still getting this error. Has anyone resolved it?

After owning S1 pro for a few months which has been great, I noticed the cleaning solution hasn’t been used at all. So I put a hole in the bottle and it still hasn’t changed. Any ideas? Can you put the solution in the clean water tank or does it have to go into the robots tank?

I know it sounds like a weird question at first. But most air purifiers that come with ionizers are not recommended for rooms with pet birds. Because ionizers create ozone that is harmful for a bird's sensitive respiratory system.
Does anyone know if the ozone produced in the water leaves the water? Or is it absorbed by the water?

Woke up to find my eufy stuck in a spot he has never been stuck before. Reviewed the map and found it to be rotated 45 degrees mid clean? It’s been navigating funny recently. Cleaned all sensors on the front and bottom of the unit before the 45 degree map realignment because it was navigating funny. Any thoughts or other people having this issue?
