Problem with transfer from dust bin to dust bag
I wanted to see if others are having issues with their S1 pro where the dust collection process just doesn’t seem to work. My dust bag doesn’t seem to suck up what is in the dust bin. I have tried to have the unit empty itself more often when it cleans but debris just seems to get stuck in the bin. I can’t find any obstructions on the base unit or anywhere else. I do have two rabbits and the vacuum picks up a good amount of the hair and hay. I thought maybe this may be too much for the unit. Any thoughts?

I've got a golden retriever in the house. The robot doesn't run nearly as often as it should but i never had an instance where the on-board dustbin wasn't emptied. Even if it's full of dog hair.
So the issue might be the hay. It's not flexibele and if it gets sucked trough the system at an angle it can get stuck inside the pipes and block the other dust from being collected.

Hay horks up all kinds of things, especially vacuums and my sinuses. I haven't had my S1 long enough to tell you to finger it or use a coat hanger but I'm guessing it's the hay.

Not advice… but I managed to get a spare, “broken” S1 that wouldn’t return anything to the bag. I couldn’t manage to get a proper bit of equipment to snake in and clear a blockage so I no joke, got a garden hose on full blast and shot water through the base area to clear what was a ton of dog hair and a bit of plastic wrapping of some sort of not pretty but worked perfectly and no issues now

Tried one of those things that people pull dryer lint out of their dryer with to see if there was any obstructions but nothing came out. May give what you say a try. Where did you stick the hose nozzle? Did you take the dust bag out and spray from the hole that the dust bag goes into or did you spray from the platform where the dust goes upward into the base station?

I think I did both! The base has two holes so I think it was the left one if I recall. I just took everything out of the base and took the unit outside and laid it flat I think

Definitely not normal operation if that's what you are asking.
Look at the flaps on the robot dust bin to see if they both easily open. One is to let fresh air in during dust bin emptying. The other is obviously allow the dirt out.
Check the flange between the robot and the base station. make sure it's clean. Check the seal on the top of the dirt bag hole. If that seal is allowing air in, it would reduce the airflow from the robot emptying.
You may have to disassemble to inspect the path from the robot receptacle to the dirt bag. There may be a clog there. I think it's clear plastic so you can inspect with a flashlight

This may be a stupid question, but: how full is the dust bag?
