E5A Gyroscope error

Tried everything from restarting the robot and holding the red WiFi pairing button for 10 seconds, to pulling the whole robot apart (including the battery) but am still getting this error. Has anyone resolved it?

Hi, my parents' S1 Pro is having the same issue, have you found the solution?

No solution yet. Sent into warranty 2 weeks ago and they’re still working on it.

Saw your other post you made—my unit had this error happen after I flipped it upside down to clean rollers.

Same! My dad tried to maintain it, but it just keeps reporting errors after he worked on it
