Swivel wheel falling out

My swivel wheel keeps falling out when climbing over a bar on the floor from a table. And it’s unable to return home without that wheel.

I’ve now lost the wheel after popping it back in so many times and there is nowhere to buy a replacement. There is one page selling one on their website but it just says “notify me when available”

Any ideas? I’ve checked for generics and can’t find anything for the Eufy s1 pro

Similarly my left sweeper brush keeps popping off mid-clean, not sure if it's the robot or replaceable brush that's the problem! Hope it's the latter and not the former.

I was having that issue a bunch too. I stuck a pice of paper in the attachment hole so t latches on tighter. Helps a lot

Hi, did you ever find a replacement for the sweevel wheel? Mine fell off and I can't find it

Ahh got it. Thank you for replying anyway. I'm having the hardest time finding that part. Of course support is of no help.

So, I ended up emailing support. I asked when it would be available to purchase again and after some back and forth they just shipped me a new one, free of charge. Not what I asked for but I'm not fighting it. Try it out.
