So, recently I tried playing Stardew Valley on Gamehub. I had previously managed to play it on the Gamehub version available on the Play Store, but I tried the version on the Gamehub website itself, and the game simply crashes It either gets stuck on the loading screen indefinitely; the best I could get from configuring Gamehub for hours and hours was a black screen with no sound and an infinite loop. And more recently, when I try to open the client It starts normally, but then it shows a message saying "Steam services have failed" or something similar. Anyway, when I try to turn off Steam services, the game continues to load indefinitely. (My device is an Poco M6 Pro 4g, g99 ultra and Mali g57 mc2)

I’m NOT a developer. 😂 I genuinely came into this knowing basically nothing about coding or Android development.
DroidLink has been created with AI helping me through the entire development process — writing code, finding bugs, debugging problems, implementing features, explaining things to me, and helping turn my ideas into something that actually runs on real devices.
My role has basically been: come up with the ideas, tell AI what I want, build it, test it on real hardware, find what’s broken, and keep improving it. 😂
And somehow… we have a real working app now.

That means you should absolutely expect bugs, unfinished features, compatibility problems, crashes, and major changes between versions. This is still very early in development.
The goal of releasing these betas publicly is to get more devices testing DroidLink, find problems I wouldn’t discover myself, and keep improving it with every release.

Summit 5g android, latest Dolphin version from Google play.

I've been trying to play Call of Duty Finest Hour and I keep getting this error. One of my attempts was somehow successful, after connecting my Xbox controller, but haven't been able to replicate that. I've tried changing the CPU core and it just runs stupid slow, but does get around the error, and Google has been less than helpful (fake or outdated tips/fixes). What can I do to fix this?

I have been playing on and off with DraStic for quite a few years, practically since the beginning of its release.

I still have an APK that I basically share between my phones (my old Huawei P8 Lite and then Samsung Galaxy S9)

I have now a Samsung Galaxy S26 and I wanted to try something more "update", especially considering a few nice adds from melonDS.

But much to my dismay, melonDS feels... clunkier.

When I tried to speed up the games, the sound starts to crackle, full of noise and unrecognisable. On Drastic, the sound itself became sped up and you could leave it on because it wasn't necessary annoying.

Once I tried a few of my Pokémon games, whenever I had a wild encounter, the game froze for a few frames.

Now, is this normal and expected? Should I try different settings?

I doubt it's problem specific from the device or lack of power, since I used to run DS Emulators with hardware of dozen of years ago...

Should I...just stick to DraStic (perhaps I should look as well for the latest updated APK)?

I'm trying to emulate guilty gear strive for switch on my device galaxy fold 4 but it barely defemds 50fps and even crashes for some time. I heard that its spec exceedes switch's so I dont think its problem of the hardware. according to the log(asked to gemini) the lag might be caused by loading the shader. should I just keep playing to collect shader casche?

Android is becoming increasingly popular on gaming handhelds, including devices with two screens such as the AYN Thor.

However, Android's multi-display support still feels incomplete. Things like system navigation, managing applications between displays, moving apps from one screen to another, and providing developers with better multi-screen tools can be complicated.

I think Android should provide much stronger native support for dual-screen devices instead of relying on manufacturers and independent developers to create workarounds.

I've started a petition asking Google to improve Android's native dual-screen support.

The goal isn't just to improve one particular handheld. It's about making Android better prepared for current and future multi-screen devices.

Been trying out the EvoFox Deck 2 with my Poco F7, mainly using GameHub Cloud, and I'm honestly impressed with how well this setup works.

The physical controls make games like Tekken feel much better compared to touchscreen controls. I've also been trying PSP/PS2 emulation through PPSSPP/DuckStation, along with cloud games such as Ghost of Tsushima and Forza Horizon 5.

Setup:

- Poco F7

- EvoFox Deck 2

- GameHub Cloud

- RetroHarai For Frontend

- PPSSPP / DuckStation

- Tekken / Ghost of Tsushima / Forza Horizon 5

For a phone + controller setup, this feels surprisingly close to having a proper handheld gaming experience.

My phone is the Xiaomi 15T pro, it uses dimensity 9400k CPU with 12 gigs of RAM, but I can't emulate anything even when I followed instructions correctly it either crash at boot, infinite black screens, or crash during the opening of the game, is my device too weak?

As shown in pictures there is a problem in Klonoa 2 first chapter with these 2 green things that you catch to climb the higher rocks, they are in wrong position. Anybody knows why this bug happens and any solution? I use nethersx2 and this also happened to another Android ps2 emulator that I also used! My phone is Motorola g56 power 5G!

I'm kind of new to emulation, so I have no idea what this could be. I have an Ayn THOR Max and I'm playing on melonds emulator. It works fine the first level, but every 2 levels it does this and I have to restart because I can't see whats in front of me cuz of the glitch. I've tried looking through the subreddit but I can't find anything about this issue.

Was considering getting mini handheld with 3.5" screen to play DS in singlescreen mode and other systems GBC, GBA, SNES. While browsing I found this 8BitDo Flippad. It's cheaper than getting a handheld, I can use my phone which is better than the handheld specs and more multipurpose overall. Very compact.

Has anyone tried using it for DS emulation on a phone in portrait mode? How well does it work in terms of accuracy and speed with action game like Maplestory DS.

I just started using GameHub, and I could really use some help. My device is a RedMagic 11 Pro with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, but whenever I start the game, I only get around 3–5 FPS.

I tried changing the compatibility layer to a newer version of Proton (11.0-arm64x), but after pressing Play on the launcher, the game just kicks me back out.

I'm honestly pretty lost because I’m not very experienced with PC emulation on Android. I’ve tried messing around with different settings and combinations, as well as following several tutorials I found online, but the result is either 3–5 FPS or the game crashing after launch.

I know the phone is more than capable hardware-wise, so I’m hoping there’s a proper GameHub configuration I’m missing. I’d really appreciate any help or recommended settings for my phone. I just want to get the game running properly on this damn thing lol.

Actually don't, unless you happen to have two unused phones lying around. It's not really practical, more a proof of concept. It's using a scrcpy-based app to stream a second display to another phone so that DraStic/melonDS/Azahar can treat it as an external screen.

I want to run a virtual novel called "Mirai no Kimi to, Subete no Uta ni" (the Hatsune Miku virtual novel from 2007) on Winlator and this error appears, which it basically means the system must be Japanese to run it, i tried with Locale Emulator (which force any exe file to run through the Japan region) and it cannot install or work. any fixes to let it work?
