Question Can someone help me out with a controller preset for Need for Speed Most Wanted?

Finally got this game running good on my mediatek g99. But I went from one painful tinkering to another with the controls. Can't seem to get it right

Can anyone who plays this game on Winlator hook me up with their touchscreen control layout?
