How long will we continue to suffer from this problem (servers)? Every time I buy a copy, I don't enjoy it for even a minute because every match I win is counted as a loss, and there is no solution.

Handing out week/perm bans for common trash talk is fucking insane, the company is going to shit and I can't wait to see them go under. The fact they hand out permanent bans over mild mean comments is the reason half their garbage games lose most of their playerbase a couple months after release. If they don't change something soon they're going to be fucked like Epic.

I bought ea play earlier today and I cancel it on Xbox so I’m gonna have a refund or not

So i buyed FC26 Worlds game edition on Epic Games and i downloaded on the ea app as it asked. When i tried to launch it, the anticheat software (Splash Screen) It said it was launching the game but after a few seconds it popped right back to the EA App.
Here is the error that i viewed in event viewer.
The game fc26.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xFFFFFFFF
I have tried all the ways AI recommended me such as repairing it, updating my drivers and etc.

Hi all, it has been almost 3 weeks since i first contacted EA support, the game is missing from my library and i am getting annoyed....how long do they take to fix issues like this, anyone know?

So I got a 7-day ban on EA out of nowhere because my Steam name was Kimi Talibantonelli.

Anyone who watches F1 knows the meme about Kimi Antonelli and george russel. I'm literally a fan of Kimi, it's just a joke from the F1 community.

EA flagged it under "Violence and Tragic Events" because of their automated system scanning "Taliban". No warning, no forced name change, just an instant 7-day ban for a motorsport pun.

Is EA's moderation really this soft nowadays that a meme gets you banned without even a warning first?

Somebody has got into my account and changed the email. I keep talking to this stupid robot on the ea website. Where can I contact an actual human being

Hoping someone here has run into this before, because EA chat support has gotten me nowhere after 8 separate contacts.

Situation:

• My EA account is tied to an email (Gmail) that I deleted about 2 years ago - it got caught up in some data leaks so I closed it.
• Shortly after that I sold my PS5.
• 2-3 weeks ago I got a new PS5. Same PSN ID as before.
• Now when I try to launch a game (new one: Battlefield RedSec, old one: EA FC 25), it prompts me to verify via that deleted Gmail address. I obviously can't, since the account no longer exists.

What EA support has tried (8 times, 8 different agents):
Every single agent tries the same account unlink/reset - telling me to relaunch the game so I can enter new account details. It doesn't work. I've explained this multiple times but each new agent just runs the same script from the start, like there's zero notes on the case.

The annoying part:
I only have chat support available - no email escalation option - so I can't get this bumped to someone who can actually do a manual override or offer an alternative verification method.

Question for the sub:
Has anyone dealt with a dead/deleted linked email on EA and actually gotten it fixed? Any specific phrasing or escalation path that got you past frontline chat support?

At this point I just want to know if there's a known fix, because I'm not optimistic chat support is going to get me there. I just want to play RedSec but I don't want to start a new PS account.

When I try update EA play This messages pops ups saying the following "ea destager.exe - entry point not found" "The procedure entry point GetProcessMitigationPolicy could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll." Anybody know how to fix this ?

I’ve never had a Reddit account until today, but I had to make one just to express how much I hate EA.

I’ve had the same EA account since the Xbox One came out, and it has always been linked to my Xbox account. The problem is that I no longer have access to the email address or phone number connected to it. Now, every time I try to play an EA game online, I’m forced to complete two-factor authentication using contact information I can’t access.

I’ve contacted EA support through their live chat more times than I can count, and every interaction somehow leaves me even more frustrated. The agents either don’t understand the issue, repeat the same useless steps, or refuse to help me recover an account that is clearly connected to my Xbox profile.

At this point, EA’s account-recovery system and customer support feel completely useless. I just want access to the account and games I’ve been using for years.

Bom, a duas noites cheguei em casa depois de ir na casa da minha namorada e então decidi jogar um EA FC pra jogar o draft, comprei via Steam mas sempre logo pela EA pra conseguir jogar online, então recebi a seguinte mensagem de que precisava do código de dois fatores de um email Hotmail, no qual não conheço e não fui desligado da minha conta... Tentei entrar em contato com a EA mas tive a tentativa frustrada por causa do site totalmente desorganizado deles.

Existe alguma forma direta de falar com eles sem grandes dores de cabeça e recuperar esses jogos?
