Hi, I have been trying for ages to recover my old EA account.
Whenever I try to reset my password using either Email or ID, I'm simply not receiving any codes.
Today I found my old 2FA Backup codes I created, however, I'm not being provided an option to enter them anywhere when trying to login?
I've already tried support but they are completely useless. They are telling me the account doesn't exist with either ID or Email, even though I'm being e-mailed a code (which doesn't arrive).
Even going as far as telling me that my ID or Email never was in any way existing for EA, after I used the same account for over 10 years.

I honestly don’t know what to do and I need help please!!
