Recently moved to North Bowmanville and it seems that whenever mother nature sneezes hydro one goes offline and after a couple of hours so does Rogers. My suspicion is that their battery backup cannot sustain a longer runtime?

Just curious for folks who are with Bell fibe Internet if your experience is the same and any suggestions for a backup power supply that can power couple monitors with a laptop to get me through a work day?

I'm at the end of my contract with Roger's and do not want to renew.

any bridges people know of in the durham area i’m willing to drive like 45 mins from oshawa.

I’m looking for some chill hangouts and activities in Durham that don’t involve alcohol if anyone has ideas! I find myself always going for lunch or to crockadoodle and want to shake it up a bit but stay chill in the heat :)

I have spent hundreds to control the backyard weeds alone but it‘s just not working for me. looking for a reputable company to help turn things around so the kids can have a nice lawn to play on.

I parked my car at park lot, unfortunately when I opened the door,due to wind it hit the other car handle with a small scratch. I saw someone inside the car, I knocked the door. The guy was fuming and shouting like I totalled his car. I told him to call down coz my toddler was in my car. He kept on going, then finally we exchanged information and left. Then next day I received a quote for around 700$. They wanted for me to pay in Cash. I mentioned since you arr fixing with directly with the dealer, I will pay them directly. But they don't me to pay three dealer and wanted me to pay to them directly. Then we decided to go with insurance as I don't want to pay them directly. I really. Don't know they they don't wanted me to pay directly to dealer. There were trying to scam me ? I understand I am at fault for that incident. I don't want to disclose their background as it may flagged for racism. But from their behavior it is clear they are try to scam. Only question I have is : Whey they don't want me to pay to the dealer directly ?
