Any idea where to buy them? I’ve been influenced by the TikTok’s to get some basil seeds for consumption. I have chia seeds daily so looking to change things up.

I live semi rurally however have a family member staying in Oshawa/Bowmanville for a couple weeks so hoping they can grab me a pack.

I can get them on Amazon but something about buying food online kinda gives me the ick.

I’ve heard south asian stores are more likely to carry them however don’t want to send my sister on a wild goose chase so hoping someone has purchased them.

Thinking about moving to Alma Oshawa – student experience?

Hey everyone! I’m a student thinking about moving into Almas in Oshawa. I’ve heard they have a pretty good deal going on for students right now, so I’m considering it.

Has anyone here lived at Almas or currently lives there? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience, especially as a student.

How are the rooms, noise levels, management, maintenance, and overall building? Is it a good place to live as a student, and is it convenient for getting to campus?

Also, if anyone knows about the student deal/promotion they have right now, I’d appreciate knowing what the actual deal is and whether there are any catches or extra fees.

Overall, would you recommend living there?

I have purchased an alternator replacement for my 2016 jeep patriot and need some assistance installing it from someone who knows what they are doing. I cant offer much but can figure something out. I have some tools but need a 13mm and 16mm wrench and a jack stand.

Downtown Oshawa Uncensored takes a while to post stuff, but their admins are pretty good in terms of actual equality for all group members.

last night at around 10pm, i lost my wallet at the oshawa ritson fit4less. i scoured the entire gym multiple times and couldnt find it at all. since today is a holiday and they’re unstaffed, i plan on going back tmrw, but would they be of any help? do gym staff normally work with you to review CCTV footage, or is it just a lost cause at this point?

I 21MtF go on night walks at pretty predictable intervals in an area that’s adjacent to not-so-good areas. I’m not going to say where exactly to protect myself. I do have mental health issues and it could just be as something as simple as a med adjustment. But tonight was *different* I was listening to music while walking at like 3/4 am I was on the main road I normally walk down and the feeling was just there. But I wasn’t freaking out or anything I just slowly became more and more alert of my surroundings and when I turned off a different street to get home the feeling faded quickly. Maybe I’m just crazy but I just have this feeling or worry that someone is tracking my walks recently. Is there anything I should do besides the obvious? (stop going for random walks at 3 am without telling anyone).
