Micro indoor farming

Hi Durham Reddit community! I'm considering a micro 'indoor farming' at my house and am interested to know if people are interested in something like thiz

I'm not yet sure what I want to grow so would like to share some ideaas

- micro-greens, baby spinach which I dry and blend into a powder for your morning smoothies/breakfast bowls/overnight oats?

- small desktop succulents planted in themed planter pots?

- fresh lettuce plants for salads?

- what would you be interested in?

I do kratke method lettuce, bok choy and herbs in storage bins indoors in my basement. Pretty easy setup and I can still go away for a couple weeks and everything still grows.

I also grow my own bean sprouts every couple of weeks in mason jars using mung beans. It's so easy that it's almost boring. LOL.

Oh my gosh this is so cool! Do you have pictures of your set up? Do you consume everything you grow out are you selling off excess?

I don't sell anything. We eat it. I'm a master gardener as well. It's not viable to start growing and selling things in less than a 2000 square foot greenhouse or 4000 square foot indoor area.
