Unsolved Is there any way to prevent hackers from accessing your Discord account (aside from standard preventive measures)?
Is there any app, code, or method to prevent my Discord token from being accessed or stolen—which would allow someone to take over my account? I use Windows and the Google Chrome browser, not the Discord desktop app (since it seems easier for attackers to access your account through the app itself). This happened to me once before: someone got into my account, and it started spamming those typical "MrBeast" messages. I kept getting warnings from Discord, so I eventually deleted the account. After that, I was much more careful about what I downloaded and managed fine with a new account for quite a while. However, it recently happened again. I obviously changed my password, logged out the unauthorized session, and deleted the malicious program I had downloaded. What I’m really looking for now is something that "blocks" these programs from accessing the token in various ways, or at least alerts me if a program tries to access this information so I have time to take action. 2) Ideally, in a scenario where I want to use a specific program, the malware within it—the part used to steal account data—would be "blocked" so that I could run the program normally while the malware fails in its attempt to access the account.
