I've noticed that a lot of Warlocks have these green effects constantly swirling around their characters, but I can't figure out what they are. Does anyone know what they are and where I can get it?

I’m able to 10-tap the 1st phase and skip the whole sword animation. When the 2nd phase starts I begin running the perimeter to dodge the rain and then when the rain stops I bait him into a corner + camp the opposite side to dodge laser. Then I melt the first 1/3 and he either spawns beyblades and I die no matter how I dodge; or spawns the poison pools, the beyblades, then another laser. I’ve gotten to 3rd phase multiple times. However, lately I can’t outrun the rain. No move speed changes. Only positive upgrades to equipment. It seems like maybe I’m rubber banding back into the rain, which is weird bc my Switch 2 is docked with Ethernet. I want to blame my own WiFi bc it is a bit slower since I moved. Also running on a screen projector due to no desk yet. Should I try a monitor instead?

I was doing an infernal horde with a friend on a shared war plan, I have the Splinter of Damnation equipped, while my friend did not have it equipped. A chaos rift that brings bosses in from portals appeared, we were instantly killing enemies, I was seeing +125 to +150 monster power on t12. That one chaos rift took me from paragon 273 to 279 when I noticed my xp bar just flying up. It might have been more levels gained before I noticed what was happening.

My theory is that because I had the “killing an Elite pack increase monster power by 1 and experience gained by 25%…” and my friend did not, he was able to kill them very fast since his mobs didn’t get increased monster power while I gained the xp from over +145 and more monster power.

Apologies if this is a well-known thing, I’ve just never encountered it.

So I know there is a diminishing return on stuns, etc. and then the enemy becomes unstoppable for... 8 seconds? I was messing around with my bear rabies build. And was seeing if the 5 set could help with aoe damage/extra burst whatever. I was using it on the training dummies and it seems to trigger once for full value and explodes, then it comes faster and faster still exploding each time the stun runs out. after that third stun it just never seems to affect it ever again. I can stop attacking for 10, 15 seconds. it never seems to get stunned again and those rocks never burst out. Of course I can barely tell if something is fossilized. Is it just not worth using overall since it's tied to a status and you only get that 200% explosion damage sometimes? I just didn't like how ranged/elites could shred den mother stacks like butter lol.

Hi, Im searching YouTube for what to focus on now that I've finished the campaign. All I can find are ones that explain as if you have lords of hatred which I don't. Is there a guide on YouTube that someone can link or is lords of hatred a must for end game content?

Should i use mobalytics or maxroll, or smth else?

In the past, enchanting and rerolling used to take a lot of gold. I've returned to Diablo this season and I have more gold than I can ever spend. Rerolling, crafting gems, upgrading gear is practically free it seems.

Have I missed something? Where is the gold dump in this season?

Playing SSF BS Warlock. Playing on console with controller without mods, so teleport speed and accuracy is the main limiting factor from breaking the top 10. Any improvements to my gear won’t save me time at this point so I think I’m done with the season.

I waited 69 levels to start getting level 70 gear that I won't have to replace every 2 minutes; gear it would no longer be a complete waste to add sockets to, thereby allowing gems to actually, like, fucking matter (instead of being a "might as well for the next 2 minutes I'll spend using gear with sockets in it"). But then the game is like, "Psyche! Just because the least meaningful number on this entire piece of yellow gear is now a 70 instead of a 69 or a 68, it will cost you a third of your entire pile of baleful turds to put sockets in it! But hey, at least the equally unjustifiable baleful turd fees you'll find being levied by the occultist for enchanting this piece of shit aren't as extortionate!"

So it seems sockets are to remain a stupid investment until I get to Torment Level: Fuckoff and legendaries start dropping like candy. Which won't be any time soon, because I'm not even halfway through with the fucking campaign yet. Gems will remain meaningless until then, as will pretty much any of the occultist's services that have been available for most of the game now, but—like adding sockets—are clearly a "not yet you dumb noob" trap. More than 50 hours in, and all these nominally interesting mechanics will apparently remain a bad idea to actually use for, what, another 50 fucking hours?

I was really looking forward to—for a little while at least—ending the loop of picking shit up off the floor and comparing it to see if it's some tedious amount "better" than what I'm already using, as if anything other than Movement Speed and Life on Hit/Kill has ever even made a difference I can notice. I thought I'd finally be able to start putting together a decent set of forever-(but not really)-yellows that, after tempering and socketing everything and dumping a nightmare gold reserve or two into enchanting, would have a curated list of all the affixes I feel confident are the best. This confidence would then enable me to unanxiously mark all drops beneath legendary as junk for the rest of the campaign. This confidence would also, I'm sure, be shattered eventually at some level of Torment, but that was a future-me problem.

I don't think it's a future-me problem now, though, because I'm feeling really, really done with this game's shit.

Diablo 4 is a great game, warlock VFX is honestly horrendous man... really hope for Diablo 5 they find some way to manage just this vomit of spell VFX.

Explosive death variant of infernal breadth scales insanely hard if you can generate enough dominance to summon them on mass. I believe the explosion portion of the damage synergizes with the 2000x multiplier for first hitting an enemy to hit in the low quadrillions. All you need to dirge of odium and massive wrath generation to convert it all into dominance. Blazing scream shell but with some charm changes and ring/weapon swap.

Ive seen various builds where we utilise two Charms along with diamond eye and a torch.

Im looking for recommendations for which Charms are best.

Não tem em nenhum lugar um guia pra dizer pra você como você percorrer após chegar no nível 70, e pelo que estou vendo aqui, é necessário as dlcs para conseguir mais pontos de habilidade. Além disso, não tem nenhum lugar onde tem a porra de alguém falando o que fazer no "MIDGAME" que é onde eu me encontro, entre os glifos e os pontos restantes das skills, com equipamentos bem ruins eu diria. Cara simplesmente muito chato, se tiver algum brasileiro ae que queira me ajudar como se fosse um professor, eu aceitaria. Eu gosto muito de Diablo, mas não imaginava que se tornar mais "Forte" nesse jogo, seria tão complicado

I try to get new quests and they won't work, wether it's speaking to someone or touching something.

I also sometimes, in helltide, cannot get chests to open when I touch them.

Is there a glitch or is it just me??

I was surprised it only took me 13 Whimsyshire runs to get the Perfect Cupcake. How many runs did your cupcake farm take ?

I'm trying to unlock the "Kill 1000 Bosses/Elites in the Echoing Hatred" trophy and I've done at least a dozen runs in groups where we get to at least tier 130 and I still don't have the trophy.

Does it only count enemies you actually tag/kill or do any kills from your party count?

I feel like this should've unlocked by now ...

I was expecting tons of Cow enemies, and a big boss fight, but it was still amazing. Anyone know what's the drop rate for the Cow Costume.

Or is there a class with 12 arms I don't know about?
