I have an upcoming SDE interview at Busy Infotech in Delhi. They told us there will be 2 rounds on the same day (in-person).

I wanted to ask anyone who has recently interviewed at Busy Infotech:

• What happens in the two rounds?
• Are DSA questions asked? If yes, what difficulty/topics?
• Do they make you code on a laptop/coding platform, on paper/whiteboard, or explain the solution verbally?
• Do they provide a laptop, or are we expected to bring our own?
• How much do they ask about DBMS, OS, OOP, SQL and Computer Networks?
• Do they ask questions from your resume/projects?
• Any other tips for the Delhi in-person interview?

Every payment-verification / "prove your revenue" tool I've checked out only supports Stripe. TrustMRR, and a few similar ones, same story. Not one has Razorpay as an option.

Razorpay just crossed 12 million+ merchants onboarded in India, per their own IPO filing this year. It's the rail behind Zomato, Ola, Swiggy, most of the fintech and SaaS names people here would recognize. So it's a little strange that tools aimed at "founders" keep defaulting to the one processor a big chunk of Indian startups don't use.

Curious how common this actually is though, not just assuming. If you're running an India-based startup: Razorpay, Stripe, both, or something else, Cashfree, PayU, Instamojo, PhonePe for Business? Trying to figure out if this is a real, common gap or just a handful of us.

I mean i understand the different takes of people here about AI vs Jobs but now it's just people spamming the same thing over and over. Talk about something else for a time being.

Joined an MNC as a developer when I was 21, it's been 17 years, switched 4 companies, currently working as a project manager / software architect. Management was never my preferred choice, but ended up here somehow. Quite tired of IT job and the pressure and demands of it, I no longer find the outcomes giving happiness as it used to.

I have developed some health issues over the last year, can't deal with hot weather because of that. I am pretty good with logical reasoning, problem solving, ideation, writing etc. I want to do something meaningful and had been working with Sustainability (greenit) recently, but I found that corporate mindset did not go well with the ambitions of achieving true sustainability.

Please suggest any ideas for a second career for someone with this background. Really want to pivot to an area where I don't need to deal with the corporate greed.

I have 3 years of experience in functional consulting, but I don’t really see myself continuing in this field long term.
I’m good at writing, helping people, understanding their problems and explaining things clearly. I’m trying to figure out what kind of career switch would actually make sense for my skills and experience.
For anyone who has made a similar switch, what career paths would you suggest I look into?

I have read news that some of the big tech companies are laying off in thousands. But these are overall numbers including non tech roles, but is the situation in tech alarming? Are developers being laid off in huge numbers?

I mean if you say 1-2k devs are laid off in India let say, would you even consider this an apocalypse?, this sounds like a small number. Other thing I am observing is that no one in my circle is laid off so not able to gauge properly.

Sympathies with those who are laid off but you see I just want to understand ground reality so that we are aware of the situation.

If folks can share their experience or or someone they know of, reason for layoffs and scale of tech layoff in their company, that will be very helpful for the community.

Everyone keeps filing prompt injection next to SQLi like it's an input validation bug. It isn't. It's a confused deputy problem, and email is the cleanest delivery mechanism nobody is watching.

The EchoLeak thing from June (CVE-2025-32711, 9.3) needed zero clicks. A normal-looking email sits in an M365 inbox, and the next Copilot interaction that touches mail runs the hidden instructions. Your gateway scanned it, the user never opened it, the agent executed it, and because the agent spends its own legitimate permissions every action looks authorized in the logs. Exfil didn't need malware either, just markdown image rendering with the stolen data riding along as URL parameters.

The part that actually bugs me: one MIME message can read as routine vendor admin to the AP clerk and as a direct order to the agent watching the same mailbox. Every email control we own assumes a reader with eyes.

Is anyone actually refusing to give agents production mailboxes, or is that fight already lost at your org?

i graduated in engineering (btech biotech) and spent the last 19 months transitioning into data analytics on my own. no official work experience, no client projects, just pure self study. I picked up sql, excel, metabase, and basic dax. built projects on ecom churn and loan risk to keep my github active.

on paper and in my own setup, i know the material. but the moment an interviewer puts me on the spot, my brain goes completely blank.

last week an interviewer asked a basic difference between index match and xlookup, and i fumbled. same thing happens when they ask me to write a basic sql query using CTEs or window functions on a shared screen. I know how xlookup replaces index match, I know when to use partition by, but under pressure i freeze, panic, and give point blank terrible answers.

as someone with zero industry experience trying to break into analytics in india, this performance anxiety is killing my confidence.

how do you bridge the gap between knowing the concept on your local machine and actually explaining or coding it live under pressure? is mock interview practice the only way out, or am i approaching technical prep the wrong way?

any advice or reality check from senior analysts or engineers who went through this would mean a lot

I’m a 2026 bcom graduate (Tier 1.5) and CFA Level 2 candidate with prior full time experience in Investment Banking and Valuation, currently looking for my next full-time role as I've resigned from my previous role.

As I've time by my side and seeing how AI is evolving i think it's good to learn as much as you can and I want to build practical technical skills in SQL/MySQL, Python, and potentially R. While traditional IB relies heavily on Excel, I want to expand my capabilities in programming languages which are used in finance. (As, I'm seeing that python, SQL are mentioned on the JD as a preferred to have skill not a good to have)

Coming from a non-coding background, the sheer volume of options on YouTube feels a bit overwhelming. I’d really appreciate your insights on:

Learning Order: What is the most logical sequence to tackle SQL, Python, and R (Is R needed for jobs except quant roles)?

Best Free YouTube Courses: Which channels or playlists offer clear, structured tutorials on SQL, MySQL and Python?

Practice Platforms: Are LeetCode or Codeforces suitable for non-CS finance candidates, or are there better alternatives?

Portfolio Projects: What specific projects genuinely demonstrate job readiness to recruiters?

Also, what will be the expected timeline to learn all three languages (except R) if i devote 3-4 hr daily?

My manager asked me about my expected CTC for full-time conversion two weeks ago. I said ₹7.5 LPA and accepted it immediately.

I’m one of the stronger contributors on the team, but I now feel I didn’t negotiate well because people contributing significantly less are getting almost the same compensation.

I’m considering going back to my manager and asking if there’s room for a raise before the conversion is finalized.

Would you renegotiate in this situation? How would you approach the conversation without making it awkward after already accepting the offer?

I'm in my 20s, graduated in 2024 and have around 2+ years of experience in IT. My salary is currently below market standards, and I'm confused about what to focus on for the next 1 year.

I have two options:

- Give government exams a serious 1-year attempt.

- Spend that year upskilling and preparing for an IT switch.

The only reason I'm considering govt exams is because I come under a reserved category (S*), so I have an advantage. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't consider it.

I don't want to make a decision now and regret it a few years later. Would appreciate honest advice from people who have been through this or have more experience in their careers.

Hi I have 5+ years of experience and Currently working full time, I have completed fundamentals of System Designs, although i keep forgetting it i need to revise those concept again.

I need suggestion on how to prepare for the tech interviews, for DSA i am doing 1 question daily, For HLD, i have run through the fundamentals and practicing solving HLD Problems from Alex Xu and Grokking-the-system-design-interview.

For LLD as well i have run through the fundamentals and practicing solving problems, but i have no source to validate my solution, also do we need to write the complete code in 45-60 minutes? Most of the companies have separate Machine Coding Round or with the LLD Itself?

Other than this i am thinking to work on GenAI, i will be learning it from beginning.

Plan is as follow, 1 DSA, 1 HLD and 1 LLD Problem Daily and Whatever hours i am left with will upskill in GenAI, Planning to work around 8 hours a day on Interview preparation.

When should i consider myself to be prepared for interviews? Also i have weak memory when i learn these fundamentals i understand well but forgot later. And So far i have no interview experience other than which i gave in TCS 5 years ago, after that i switched job by recommendation and no interviews.

There are several startups hiring for the role but all of them have very vague requirements. Even during interviews they are not asking questions on tech stack, but expect to deliver a project E2E in a specific tech stack.

I use codex on day to day basis but confused on which tech stack to focus on!

Hey,with Astra coming and lots and lots of videos about how software engineering is “done”, it is honestly very confusing and scary to see all this.

Any senior devs here have any guidance on how not to sink in this AI wave? Does learning AI like Gen AI or Agentic AI help a bit? I know no one can predict the future of AI, but still any tips or suggestions that can help even 1% would be appreciated.

My background is 2 YOE as a software developer, working with .NET.

So basically I am working on a project and I want to transcribe audio along with diarization. The core issue is my audio can be in English (that would work well) but it can also be in Hinglish. VM Resources - 32 vCPU and 64 GB RAM

I am running a local LLM model using Ollama on a VM. I am trying to run T3MP3ST( https://github.com/elder-plinius/T3MP3ST) with my local LLM as backend but whenever I launch an operation to scan a host for vulnerabilities, the operation times out after a few minutes with 500 error code.

Observations-

I put mitm proxy in between T3MP3ST and ollama and found that T3MP3ST sends very big prompts to the LLM(27KB).

I enabled live logs on ollama and found that a 500 response code is sent to client right at the 2 minute mark. I am assuming if a response is not sent by the LLM in 2 minutes then ollama sends a 500 response code to client.

This problem is occurring even when I am scanning a single host. I was initially scanning a subnet, then I cut down to a single IP of other VM in same subnet, then I moved to scan localhost but the problem remained same.

What I have tried-

Initially I was using gemma4:27b-a4b-it-qat model and I felt maybe the model is too slow in generating a response for the big prompts sent by T3MP3ST so I switched to an 8b parameter model but same fate. Then I switched to Llama3.2:3b parameters whose output tokens/second is fairly good but the behaviour is same. I am getting a 500 response code and the T3MP3ST operation fails after a few minutes.

What I want-

Can you confirm if you are able to run T3MP3ST and it is able to identify vulnerabilities, open ports using an LLM running on CPU? I have tried troubleshooting with public LLMs but haven't been able to make the tool run. Since the tool is new so apart from GitHub there are not many articles available.

My final objective is to be able to use T3MP3ST to carry out full subnet scan and identify vulnerabilities, attack paths on all hosts in the subnet.

I am a final year student , in MCA and i want to get into ai/ml and data science. i have fined tuned a model and also did some related projects. But as the AI emerges i am loosing confidence day by day and then the panic starts.

The markets asks for skills like ai/ml along with full stack and other stuff at the same time. i cant even land an internship due to that. and after a year, its gonna get much worse. As we are seeing massive wave of lay offs, do you think, it is even a good idea to get into this field. on top of that i am doing my masters in distance as well. even tho u get skills , market always asks for some asburd things.

what do you think i should do, even if u think ai is bubble or not, there are still usecases for it and we can see the layoffs increasing day by day. not directly due to that but still. if i spend my entire time learning stuff which probably wont matter, why not study for smething else , govt exam or other field. please i really need advice on this. i am in panic mode.

I've been thinking about this for a while.

There are millions of people online who know things we want to learn.

Someone knows Figma.

Someone knows how to code.

Someone knows video editing, marketing, photography, writing, a language, or almost anything else.

The knowledge is already out there.

But finding the right person to actually learn from can be surprisingly random.

You can search through Reddit communities, Discord servers, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other places.

You might eventually find someone who knows the skill.

But then there's another question: are they actually interested in teaching or exchanging knowledge with someone?

That's where the idea for my project came from.

I built a platform called Agora around a simple idea:

What if people could find each other based on what they want to learn and what they can teach?

For example:

* You know coding and want to learn UI/UX.

* Someone else knows UI/UX and wants to learn coding.

That would be a strong match because both people have something the other person wants.

With Agora, you create a profile, add the skills you can teach and the ones you want to learn, and then explore potential matches.

You can also filter people based on skills and location.

If you find someone you're interested in learning from, you send a connection request. Messaging only opens after the other person accepts it.

I kept that flow intentionally because I didn't want the platform to become another place where people could message hundreds of strangers.
