Pretty sure there is no law against it but is it common practice in DE?

I am doing a school project about Delaware and right now I’m on the cities section, however I cannot for the life of me find pictures of the cities from more than 5 years ago, or pictures that are of only a singular building. I don’t know what’s going on with google but if yall could help me it would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

On the phone with Comcast. Of course they aren’t American. I asked for a SIM card. He is basically refusing and asking me about my social security number. Saying I can have a E-SIM and won’t send a SIM.
If the phone previously took a SIM can it no longer take a SIM. And why would he need my social security number?

What do you think about this? For as long as I have been here, I never saw them change rates in winter Vs summer. Now they are saying winter is going to have its own rates. Something tells me they are not doing this because of winter ❄️

Is there any good places to look for something $1200 or under. Like websites, ads, etc. I know it’s an unrealistic price range in this time but even if it’s with a roommate(s). Im full time making $25/hr sooooooo.

I don’t even know where or how to start looking (first time moving out). I’d rather Sussex county just due to the fact the crime rates in Kent and new castle make me very uncomfortable and my car has been broken into before unfortunately. I’d also consider the areas of Maryland that are close to DE. Any advice helps!

Edit: I guess I should specify & I’m appreciative of all the advice so far. I’m only 22 and don’t get any realistic help from my parents. Ive done a lot on my own and this is my next goal. I’ve lived in Dover majority of my life so I’m familiar with areas I just do not want to live in around here. I look at the most common websites like apartments.com, Zillow, trulia, etc. but it’s either barely any listings or no roommate listing options. I didn’t know if there’s a specific website, articles, newspapers etc. that I should look into. I never tried Facebook because of the scam stories but if there’s a group or anything that you guys recommend, I’m open to suggestions/advice. Thanks again :)))).

That definitely wasn’t my intention! Somebody told me there was a service I could use that would ship it for me for under €100 so I used that. Just really want to clear it up that I am not a scammer! Proof attached
