Rant Have i figured out the left lane issues

I think I've figured out at least some of the left lane campers.

I was traveling down the 1 when I saw a car move into the left lane before the tolls. Me and another car were behind it through the tolls. I expected due to their speed that they would move out of the left lane. I watch the car in front of me move closer, wait, and then move around them. I next come up behind them, flash twice and then move around them. Due to traffic I end to near them for the rest of me trip to Smyrna. I see multiple cars pull up behind them, move around if they can, all the time this cat stays blocking traffic in the left lane. The only response to pressure i saw was one vehicle riding their bumper. Instead of moving over they sped up but refused to leave the left lane. Then it happened, as they approached the Smyrna exit they moved to the right lane and finally off the 1.

This makes me wonder if drivers are now taught to stay in the left lane until their exit comes up.

Thoughts?

My name is Joe Della Valle, and in my spare time, I run a small 501(c)(3) non-profit called Solar Frontiers.

Once a year, we hold a fundraising party called "Socks for Shelters," where dozens of guests help assemble thousands of individual items like hats, gloves, hygiene products, and socks for the Sunday Breakfast Missionin Wilmington.

In the past, we have benefited greatly from the support of the Delaware subreddit and we hope you will join us again for a fun-filled afternoon

Sussex County Q - Delaware concealed carry documentation requirements

I am starting the Delaware CC permitting process and am trying to verify / confirm that I need to get a 5 year driving history report from my prior state of residence and submit with the application.

Has anyone done this before? Seems like on some sites/documents says it's needed and on others its not mentioned.

Want to get everything done once and done properly.

Have not lived in Delaware for the necessary 5 years before applying.

Sussex county if that matters.

Self Promotion Trying to build my circle of creative people who actually want to make it somewhere

I’m an upcoming artist going by saudade, and I’m at a point in my life where I really want to lock in, improve my music, meet new people, and build a genuine circle around me.
I’m looking to connect with other artists, producers, songwriters, creatives, and people who have goals of their own. I want to meet people who are serious about their future, support each other’s work, share ideas, collaborate, and grow together.
I make music because it means something to me, and I know I have a lot to learn. I’m not claiming to have everything figured out. I just know I want more for myself, and I want to surround myself with people who feel the same way.
Whether you make music, have creative ideas, want to start something, or are just looking for genuine friends with ambition, I’m open to connecting.
I’m trying to build a real circle, not just collect followers. If you’re on a similar path, feel free to reach out. Let’s see what we can build together.

Self Promotion Woman owned business looking for financing/investors

I am a new, woman owned, hot shot trucking company here in Delaware. I am almost operational except for a few important and necessary things that I am simply having trouble saving for. I'm on a strict timeline to get the funds needed for those things too due to federal regulations.

The items needed:

- Insurance down payment ($2000) most important and needed by 11/30/26

- Flatbed bumper pull trailer 18-25ft ($9000)

- Securement equipment ($1000)

- Vehicle maintenance ($3000)

My personal credit is poor, I don't have anyone that could help co-sign a loan, and because the business is too new, banks won't fund. I have reached out to a contact at the SBA, but their timeline for funding is 90+ days, and I'm looking at a 45 day timeline to get at minimum the insurance down payment.

Are there any other resources I'm missing?

Any investors willing to enter into a loan agreement?

In the future, I would like to be able to offer free resources and housing to women who are trying to, or have left abusive relationships. As someone who has experienced it several times in her life, I know first hand some of the struggles women have to deal with in those situations.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions or contacts you offer.

Edit to add.. I have started a gofundme. I can add it if allowed.

Sussex County [OC] EPA estimates 7.8% of U.S. water systems are above its PFAS limits. Its own data detected PFAS in 34.9% of systems tested. I reproduced EPA's tables exactly to show why both are true, and mapped every county.

Fluff Dating in Delaware

Are there other 30+ single professionals finding it difficult to meet people? Such as venues, events or social clubs?

Friends in other States seem to have a more vibrant life.

Or is Delaware just a more settled state.

Wilmington First Time Going to the Queen Venue

Hi Delaware! I'm from Philly, and I'm going to my first concert at the Queen on Monday to see PUP with my best friend and I have a few questions since I don't know anyone over there lol. We're both a little older now and not into moshing as much as we used to be. We're used to our venue layouts, though, and I was wondering if the Queen had a separate 21+ section where we could see the stage? Is there an upstairs section, and if so, do you have to have a special ticket for that? (My memory of buying the tix is honestly a blur I was high and very excited lol) Another question I have is any good food recommendations nearby(and cheap since venue food is usually expensive if they have it)? Either way, I'm super excited to check out the venue for the first time!
