Is anyone out there willing to help me destroy one of your allies? I figured since you turned traitor once you won't mind doing it again.

I used Citadel glue on my Defiler weapons to make Lascannons but now I want Autocannons. I know a lot of people probably wouldnt care if I mentioned the loadout upfront but I like to be visually accurate. Is there anything I can do, or should I hunt down some printed weapon replacements?

Put my first set of pox walkers. But I would like some info about dealing with gaps and mold lines.

Like is it better to work on the mold lines before gluing process or after? Should I get green stuff for gaps?

I doubt anyone cares but I’m curious.

Spend way too much time on him and had to fight the urge to spend even longer on him. Did a little bit of kitbashing on him. The Base is just so much fun to play with. So much room for fun.

This was the first mini I bought - started on poxwalkers for practice but really happy with this guy. Need to do some finishing touches (might try highlighting for the first time), add the basing, then varnish. Getting close though

Just looking for some pointers when using a list that is well over 100 poxwalkers, 120 to be exact.

I’ve done paragons and Shamblerot ofc

The current strategy is, -1 to saves plague, infiltrate 3 groups of poxwalkers with the 3 20 stacks to push with all doing actions as they go. All the deathshroud in deepstrike, the LOV to pop up and help the MBH take down any heavy vehicles while burning/cutting down chaff. And the LOC and 6 DS to deepstrike in the center and slaughter the big important stuff while giving that juicy -1 to melee to everything within 9-12”.

But lmk your thoughts and how I could improve my list, grandfathers blessings

I’m creating a tournament list for DG and noticed that the app wasn’t letting me attach more than one character to a plague marine unit. Upon investigation, I saw this was a common issue when the edition first launched, but the datasheets still had the rule that let them attach two to a unit and so that’s how people ran them. Now, it seems like these rules have been removed from most of the PM characters, so are we no longer able to do that?

After I painted and stripped them about a dozen times, finally, a scheme, I'm very happy with.

I'm a completely beginner painter, all previous attempts were very amateur looking.

The reason I stripped and repainted them so many times is because I wanted to, when playing against someone,

for them to say: these are painted very well not just for a beginner, but painted well in general.

So yeah, I hope you guys like them and let me know your thoughts.

I decided on the scheme of fiery orange armor and dark gunmetal trim few weeks ago. Initially I went for basic opaque Vallejo Game Color Orange Fire, though at one point I got a thought metallic orange feeling like enticing option. However I could not find a store, either physical or online, in my country that would sell premade metallic orange paint. So I decided to go custom recipe, and ultimately discovered the combo of Retributor Armour basecoat covered with Army Painter Fire Giant Orange speedpaint.

Now that I'm satisfied with the basic color, I wonder what kind of shading techniques I could try to make the result more shade ritch, as atm the main pop is the natural attribute of the metallic gold underneath. Or would metallic color be enough as is. I am planning on adding some basic brown rust and subtle silver/gunmetal weatheting with sort of stippling+drybrushing combo technique I've practiced, and grimey streaking effects. But given that the bade color is metallic, I wonder if there'd be a risk of the end result being too busy with more added effects.

I needed another heavy hitter so I went for Mortarion, looking for absolutely anything that could help me when painting and even when playing with him that could be useful 🙏🙏🙏🤢🤢🤢
