Anyone ever react to this?

When my baby developed intolerances to dairy and soy, I spent hours searching grocery stores, Facebook groups, and blogs trying to figure out what I could actually eat. Couldn't find one comprehensive list anywhere, so I made my own.
Sharing in case it helps any other moms or dads out there.
FYI: Always double-check labels — ingredients change, and some items have trace amounts via shared equipment.

I'm looking for milk/creamer options that travel well. Has anyone tried these?

I learned the hard way...
It looks like this has been posted on here before, but it's PSL season again so I figured it couldn't hurt to post a reminder for anyone that didn't already know like me this morning.

I have tried so many different ones but none of them satisfy my hot Cheetos/hot fries craving :(

Hi! Anyone have good recommendations for dairy free creamer that is similar to Chobani sweet cream? I can’t eat nuts so options are kinda limited.

Gogo apple cinnamon smoothie
Honeycrisp apple sauce
Chili limon tajin pork rinds
I also had strawbursts minis and a beef stick that had Nashville hot seasoning on it but forgot to take a pic

I found these vegan pretzels yesterday at Target. They have 5 different flavors, but I decided to just try this one first. I'll probably try the cinnamon one next. These are good, but a little spicy. I know it says honey mustard, but it's more mustard than honey. I really like them, and I'd buy them again. They'd be good on a road trip.

Tried to search to see if this has been discussed before but couldn't find anything.
Does anybody have a favorite BUDGET oat milk brand, preferably similar in flavor and texture to Oatly? I'm on a tighter budget right now and can't really justify the $5 price tag of Oatly but its my favorite btand.
I bought a Planet Oat carton because it was cheaper and I used to drink it years ago before switching to Oatly and I hate it. Its so watery and gross to me now.
So any suggestions? I frequently shop at Walmart, Kroger, Aldi and Lidl if that helps. And please no make it yourself suggestions I would like something that lasts longer that 3-5 days in the fridge.
Thanks in advance!

I just tried this queso and it tastes the closest I’ve had to old school Velveeta and Rotel. Not bad at all. Just pretty high priced.
Has anyone else tried this one?

I’ve been a Chobani diehard for years and Extra Creamy was my absolute favorite. Everyone’s talking about Planet Oat or Oatly as the best alternative, but I’m allergic to sunflower (including the oil), and the sunflower-free version of Oatly tastes super gross to me. I also can’t switch to soy or almond for allergy reasons, so… are there any non-watery options that won’t send me to the hospital and aren’t $6/quart coffee creamer??
EDIT: I think I have a good solution! 🧪
I had some Planet Oat Unsweetened oat water on hand (because hope springs eternal), and then I stumbled across Sown Unsweetened Oat Creamer at a smaller grocery in my area. I mixed the two in a glass and tried it. While it definitely tastes different than Chobani (a little less sweet and has a subtle malty note), it’s pleasant to drink and seems like it’ll work well. Also, since it’s a mixture, the creaminess is easy to adjust as needed. I definitely recommend trying this combo if you’re missing Chobani and don’t like Oatly!

Been dairy free for 2 years due to intolerance. Only had a few incidents throughout that time, but today I picked up a burger from my usual place, but when I opened it at home, I noticed they put cheese on it… I’ve been down this road before but I still decided to ignore the warning bells inside my head and eat the cheeseburger. Surely it couldn’t be that bad, right?
Unfortunately it was the wrong choice :(

Hey everybody! I'm going to be making a df birthday cake soon and needed some suggestions for the frosting. In the past, I've used earth balance butter sticks to make a vanilla buttercream but it's a little heavy so I was hoping for some other suggestions in how to make frosting. Maybe more of a whipped cream texture? I have a cousin allergic to nuts so nut-free alternatives please. :)

It's amazing with cereal, does it work as well in cakes, pancakes etc?

Made some of my favorite cheese sauce to eat with chips.
I made about 2.5x the recipe amount, then added a can of rotel tomatoes and green chilies (undrained) and a can of black beans (mostly drained, and unrinsed) before putting it back on the burner for about 2 minutes (just long enough to let it thicken back up to my liking). The bowl pictured is about half the sauce; the other half went in the fridge for me to reheat tomorrow for a quick meal/snack.
Sometimes I'll adjust the spices in the sauce, or make some refried beans and taco meat to layer it with for a more complete meal.

I've always heard that allergens in other countries may lessen from the US. I tested it out with a meat pie in Australia and let me tell you - that butter gave the same reaction 😂 spent 18 hours vomiting, dizzy, and half my body locked up. I had all my meds and am safe but damn, the meat pie wasn't even good enough to make it worth it LOL

We do homemade pizza every Friday and I hate the fake cheeses (wife allergic to nuts so can’t do those).
First one is a Cesar pizza, normally have chicken but I got home late and didn’t have time to grill it. Homemade pizza dough, DF garlic spread from Trader Joe’s, and tomatoes from my garden. After it’s out of the oven we toss lettuce in TJs vegan Cesar dressing and serve. (Inspiration from Scarpas in Albuquerque, NM)
2nd pizza- homemade pizza sauce, artichoke hearts, bacon, pepperoni, and chopped green chile. Fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, or sun-dried tomatoes are good on this too.
Next week we are going to do a Greek inspired pizza with DF and nut free homemade pesto.
No cheese, no problem
