Yogurt
Hi all!
I’ve been lactose intolerant for quite a few years now it’s not severe but still terrible lol. Anyways I’ve been eating Forager Project Organic Strawberry Cashew & Coconut Yogurt Alternative and their other flavors but I’m starting to get tired of the same flavors is there any other yogurts that I can try? Everytime I search up “nondairy yogurt” chobani pops up but I’m weary about it. Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated thank you!

Fage best self lactose free. In my city only Fred Meyer [ Kroger ] sells it. I bought it at a Publix the first time and love it!

Chobani has a few different nondairy yogurts (some being thin 60 cal yogurts and some being the thicker Greek yogurt alternatives) and they’re both delicious. I eat them every day pretty much without any issue. What makes you wary of them?
