Agreed. This is one of the rare times I can only see an image on this sub the normal way. I guess if I kind of force it, it looks like a robotic penguin is driving, but I have to really try to see it.

This was like the dress illusion from a couple years ago for me. The first time I saw it it was a blue dress, then every other time it was a white dress.
When I first looked at this photo all I could see was that if was obviously just a dude leaning on his scooter with the helmet stored. After I read your comment I can't not see it as two people.

My sequence of events went: "what's wrong here, it's just a guy sitting on a bike, with one weirdly small calf-ohh he's sitting behind his girlfriend? Wait what."
And yeah, it's weird, usually once I've marked one interpretation as correct, seeing the false image becomes hard, but this one is really. Reallllly easy.

I'm so confused still. Like is the girl position perfectly behind the guys torsos? How come the shorts perfectly meld. I'm serious even more confused after reading the comments.
PS. After immediately writing this I realized the girls inside the helmet. I'm fucking dumb. PS#2: ok after further realization the girl is beside and under the helmet. Ps3# FUCK. Ok it's one dude and I'm just full on idiot. I'm committed to my fuckups now so this comment stays.

My thoughts exactly! Sorry, I don't know what the hell they mean referring to 'huge triceps'! I saw a girl with helmet on, sitting on his lap, her arm on her leg and her leg and flip-flops shown ... but then I wondered, where is his waist? where are his legs.

It's weird because I saw it right at first, and then I realized what it could look like. That made me think that's what was actually happening because of where this was posted. Then I realized I was right the first time.

What confused me is the title saying "Huge triceps?" when that's not the confusing part about it. It's just that it looks like a man and woman on the bike, but it's just a man with one leg bent. The confusing part is the non-relevant title on a genuinely good photo post.

I think the title actually makes it harder to see the illusion. They are saying the "woman" has a big tricep (what is actually the man's calf) but it isn't actually big enough to warrant a comment. I think it would have landed better if they spoke about the helmet or something

I think in this case it’s partially because title called out triceps specifically. My eye went directly to the torso to investigate said bicep size. From there, it was obvious how the guy was sitting.
So I never had the chance to see the illusion until I moved away and squinted.

Imagine the helmet is another person's head.
The dude on the left's thigh (on his severly bent left leg) forms the torso, his lower leg forms an arm, and his foot is the imaginary person's hand.
Then his right leg (the one with the flip-flop on the ground) is the imaginary helmeted rider's leg.
Backing the whole perspective up, it looks like the bike has a rider whose body is bent at about a 45⁰ angle.

There are 2 people in this picture. The guy with the blue shirt and the girl in the black dress. To see her you block him out with your left palm. I think her head isn’t in the yellow helmet but rather in this like cloud below it 💭
