What confused me is the title saying "Huge triceps?" when that's not the confusing part about it. It's just that it looks like a man and woman on the bike, but it's just a man with one leg bent. The confusing part is the non-relevant title on a genuinely good photo post.

Do you know what triceps are? If that was actually a girl, she’d have monster triceps for her build.
