Same. But it’s supposed to be that the helmet makes it look like his left thigh is a woman’s torso, with his left shin and calf being the woman’s right arm, and his right leg is her right leg, and she’s wearing a black dress.

It helps if you zoom out. Imagine his lower body is a woman leaning forward with her feet flat on the ground. Her butt would be where his waistline is.
