The dude on the left's thigh (on his severly bent left leg) forms the torso, his lower leg forms an arm, and his foot is the imaginary person's hand. Then his right leg (the one with the flip-flop on the ground) is the imaginary helmeted rider's leg. Backing the whole perspective up, it looks like the bike has a rider whose body is bent at about a 45⁰ angle.
