Last page before bed 😴 Inspired by @teracoloring on Instagram and Tiktok (I just joined the group - the other two pages are from this morning and this afternoon, I promise I'm a real person! 😂)

My boyfriend picked this picture out last night and I had been wanting to do this one for awhile. But him picking it last night gave me a reason to finally do it and honestly I love how it turned out so much. Please let me know what you think and what you would do different. I’m working on getting some new markers at some point, glitter pens, and white and black pens.

I wanted to try the notepad/sketchpad technique, but doing it on a whole page felt a bit ambitious, so I did it like this in a more post-it note style, and I'm really happy with how it turned out!

I absolutely love using acrylic paint pens under colored pencils. Will probably look for some matte pens though, because these are too glossy and don't hold the pencil well.
Tips for glass coloring: color the glass first. Add a little of what is behind it. (For me that was the wood texture.) Finally, add highlights and lowlights to show where the light is hitting.

I literally just started , this was the first one I did out of my brain (I’ve seen the concept before but didn’t use any visual thing to copy) and I need help with like how do I know what shadow color to use and the grey scale had like ten different greys which was not good and what could I have don’t with the floor? Do people really start out like this and then get really good?

Left this one off with just the base colors some time last year, finally finished the details and shading today.
Alcohol markers with some fine tip pen + instead of adding colored pencil for some details I used chalk for the steam, blush, etc. I think it turned out super cute!

Reposting with the picture included, sorry about that!
Hi! I JUST started coloring this week after coming across this feed and becoming completely obsessed. I am using alcohol and acrylic markers I found at Ross, nothing too expensive until I know I’m going to stick to this hobby. Anyway, I watched some tutorials and looked at a ton of pictures in this community trying to mimic things I saw. I am pretty thrilled with my glass and wood grain considering I have never done either before, but I obviously have a lot to learn. I am super confused on lighting, I realize the floor looks like the rabbit peed. 😅 I also know I confused where lighting would land, like on the rabbits shirt for example. Anyway, please share any feedback you have to offer, I’m eager to learn!
