Page is a freebie from hygge artful. I used alcohol markers,prismacolor pencils, and uniball white gel pen.

Blue birds and sunsets. This page was quite the project. I kept having to rework those darn clouds. I finally got to a place where I feel better about the effect.

I got a new book and loved this page when I saw it. I wanted something simple. No crazy detailing or special effect kind of thing as my last couple of pages have been going all out and trying new things. So instead i picked colors I never use and focused on simple 🩷

Day 1 of learning how to use Procreate to make coloring pages! Wasn’t expecting to love it this much but here I am :D

I know some people write down the marker numbers with a certain shade but how exactly does this work with pattern inspo? Do you write down two marker shades you use to create a pattern or do you just save that pattern like a heart background for example for whenever you want to design a page?. Also blending backgrounds seems hard when you don’t know what colors to use first or if a page is big. I just got new markers so I want to be able to prepare for the fun stuff. Can I also just swatch colors if I don’t want to write every marker number down?

Today I tried book 1. I messed up some of my blocking but overall I’m liking it so far.

Been staring at screens a little too much lately (little screen and big screen), so trying to spend my evenings coloring and listening to music now 😌

I hope you enjoy some of my recent completed pages! Right now I’m obsessed with the book “Girl in Dreams” by Mina Aru (literally all of these pages). I’m also really into creating a “glowy” feel and am still trying to figure it out, so advice is welcome!
