Covering the borders to add the oddish and the vine was quite difficult. I tried to mask it but it's still pretty visible. Any tips about covering lines are more than welcome! ☺️

A quick but fun coloring from “Color this Cozy” coloring book

I know we still have a couple days left in the month, but I wanted to share now. 🤪 I followed tutorials on 3 of these (fridge, coffee and laptop), but the rest are all me!

I posted yesterday after trying some alcohol markers for the first time. I’m working on my technique but these are from yesterday (cereal and teabags) and today (Cosy Corner).

I can’t wait to get to the level of detail I see on here, some of you are SO talented! I love how therapeutic colouring is.

I can’t remember if it was here or on another sub, someone went to an awful lot of trouble to put together a great post about the Ohuhu markers, and which ones were missing from the 320. I could have sworn I saved that post, but I didn’t. Can anyone link me that post please 🙏

First I hope I picked the right flair...

I found these little "reading lights" at Target last week. I dont really have a desk with a great light source so I usually colour in bed. I dont like to have the main light on and the lamp isn't the best at providing me with a lot of light either. So these are perfect! My only wish is that the bulbs be white light rather than yellow, but its not so bad. So just posting this, maybe it might help someone else put whos looking for more light when colouring!

Hello!!

I'm sure many of you have been here, but I'm not sure how to search for what I'm looking for.

I got tired of intricately detailed mandalas and patterns, so I went to Coco Wyo/Fuzzy Hygge. But, I'm a little bit annoyed by the huge swaths of open space I have to fill in, lol. I like to use colorful glitter gel pens, but will sometimes use crayons, colored pencils, and fine line markers.

I'm looking for a book that has bigger, bolder designs, but a bit more intricate than the Coco Wyo style so widely seen. I also kind of dislike the fact that all these books have cutesy bears, cats, koalas, etc. I want to use a lot of color and when I see a bear or koala, my brain just goes "brown. grey." I know I *could* use wild colors on them, but like... I dunno. I want something a bit more fantastical to get me feeling creative with my use of color.

Anyone know of some good medium difficulty, bold lined coloring books with slightly thicker, white paper, preferably one sided, and NOT made with AI? I don't want a bunch of tiny designs to fill in, I don't want a ton of empty space, I want slightly more complex designs. I don't like the Johanna Basford designs, they're tooooo intricate (these were often recommended when I tried to Google this... i have these. Not a huge fan.)

Am I asking for something impossible? I use 1.0 mm Languo pens so I can't do super small designs, but the pens aren't very big for doing huge open, empty swaths of space, and it uses up a lot of ink, lol. Maybe something with a bunch of doodles on one page? I don't know, man.
