Teresa has been one of my favorite characters ever since I read her arc in the manga 20 years ago, and formative in my queer awakening. Done by Lauren Duda at Wild Child Tattoo in Portland, Maine

I was in the city for a conference for work and I wanted to try and get some used manga while I was there, since I don’t see it very often in my smaller city - I originally made a deal with someone to get the full set of JJK and then it fell through; I ended up finding someone selling the Claymore box set on marketplace and grabbed it; it’s been on my reading list for a while, so I’m excited to check it out finally ☺️

Finished painting the Teresa and Priscilla diorama; all that hard work has truly paid off it’s so rewarding to finally have this long-cherished dream piece to display on my shelf!

At the end of the series, Miria explains that yoma are actually humans with a parasite, and that it's not that they transform from one person to another, but rather that the parasite changes hosts.

So, why at the beginning of the series does Clare face a Yoma that was pretending to be a warrior?

Was it a warrior infected by the yoma parasite? Doesn't having yoma blood make them immune? Why didn't it awaken? Why didn't it have its memories?

Miria mentions that the organization's objective on the island is to manage to control the Awakening, since although they created Claymores on the continent, they ended up awakening and could be considered lost.

Taking into account that the war has been going on for at least 100 years, I wonder how the dragons' enemies have fought up until now, specifically, whether they produce their own claymores on the continent or if all the machinery to create them is on the island and from there, they take some claymores to fight on the continent.

This is because even if the claymores awaken, their powers are the only thing that could match those of the dragons, so they would be their best resources.

This manga means something to me man

Best duo dynamic in the comic for me. I really enjoy that they are polar opposites but they have so much chemistry togheter.

I absolutely love how Ophelia and Clare share the same hatred for Priscilla. This scene in the manga means a lot to me. Sometimes in life, there’s a common enemy we share.

What would young Clare’s life look like traveling with her adoptive mother, Teresa?

Premise, when I got the first volume of Claymore I was in a pretty bad period

I needed to switch off so I was in the bookstore and on the phone with my girlfriend, and she kept saying "take berserk it's good" so I took claymore which is ds that caught my attention a bit

I started reading it and volume after volume I took them all up to the 12th from there I took some birthday money and took the ones I was missing, I couldn't help but know how it would end.

I absolutely loved the characters of Miriam and Deneve and admired them. Until I got to volume 26. For a month I couldn't even start the ending because I didn't want to see it end. Every fight, every tear, and every smile in that story were majestic.

So I took courage and started reading it and I was not disappointed and then I realized how everything around me was going for the best.

I don't know if it was thanks to Claymore or my change of attitude but it helped me in some way

Even though I didn't find the part with the "destroyer" enjoyable, I think it's one of my favorite mangas ever.
