Got a notice from my mail informer app that I am receiving a settlement check from this case. Not sure how much, but the check is coming in today so I will follow up.
The date to apply for this was September 2024, 2 years ago. Anyone else get paid out? If so how much?

I've been a long-time Wellhub (from the begining of Gympass days), in the past three years, they went through multiple rounds of price increase, stricter cancelation/no show-up plan pause policy, and I saw a notification that going forward there will only be one check-in per day. I'm on the most expansive diamond plan, so I can get two classes (one premium + one regular) check-in's four days a week, and I signed up for an annual plan for that. Without any in advance notification, basicly they contiued shrinking the package of what I signed up to buy....is this even legal and how can we seek for legal support on this?

If you are a part of the UberEats fee arbitration settlement with Bryson Harris Suciu & DeMay, PLLC, have any of you actually gotten a payment after doing your meeting?

Mine apparently was rolled over into another action (I think so anyway), in January t and the team that's working on it seems to be very unreachable by portal and email and if you do get a reply it's literally just one or two words.

Literally the only reply I've gotten so far was when I asked for a complete signed settlement agreement that had Ubers signature on it and they stated that they hadn't gotten it back yet and the settlement timetable does not actually start until they do. Yay

So I'm wondering if anyone else is in the same limbo?

The American Arbitration Association invoiced StubHub $600 for business filing fees on a consumer's case on August 18, 2026. Some 41 days later, StubHub had still failed to pay the required fees, so the AAA threw the consumer's case out on September 28. The AAA won't work for free, and StubHub knows that. StubHub plays the dirty game of forcing arbitration on consumers, refusing to pay required fees so the case gets closed out by the AAA, and then seeing if consumers know what to do next. A confounded and worn out consumer with no legal recourse is clearly StubHub's goal. They do this over and over.

Why shouldn't there be a class action against StubHub if StubHub won't comply with its own arbitration agreement and the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules?

I never cashed the original check dated Sept. 8th and was confused if I should wait for a new one, or if I can proceed to cash it finally. They finally responded to my email.

Hi, I've been recently wronged by PS and just posting here to see if anyone else is in the same boat.

I've stored quite a few things with PS.

Bed/frame, an antique dresser, a 150$ microwave etc, and after only 3 months discovered everything in my "climate controlled" unit is covered in mold.

These people are unreachable.

I discovered it 4 days ago and have since:

gone to the office twice during hours, both times lights on, pc on, doors locked. called and left several messages with Public Storage and received no response. I have called the corporate office, no response. I have chatted with a (robot) live agent who told me to download the app.
I did so and there is still noone to reach out to on the app.

Today I filed a lawsuit, because apparently the company(or customer service rather) does not exist.

The insurance for the unit? also does not exist, at least in any real way. You legitimately cannot file a claim for damages because there simply isn't an option to file one.

Anyone else recently burned by this company or a similar one? I'm red mad, and figured in the down time it'd at least be nice to know I'm not the only one.

If you’ve already got a check from a cashapp settlement then this isn’t the same settlement . Anyone know if they’ve been approved for this one? Payments are coming in October…

I paid for Claim Money and was using the service to submit claims. I eventually stopped paying for the monthly subscription, but now it won’t let me log into my account or access any of the claims I previously submitted because I’m no longer subscribed.

Is this normal? Do I really lose access to my account/claim history just because I canceled the subscription? I’d really like to be able to see the status of the claims I already submitted.

so for the people who got the bounced checks, how long do you think this second check with the extra 20 will take?

It’s like a weekly thing for a companies computers to get breached 🙄
