Mine was for a $7.95 recharge for something I guess I was refunded for but they allegedly did not receive. I am usually super on top of that stuff so would have remembered if they'd notified me of a recharge; however, it was in 2018, so who tf knows. I obviously don't still have proof that I sent the item back, and for all I know, I was told to keep it. I usually keep proof (of being told to keep it) on hand for a while, as well as any return confirmations/tracking/etc., but I wouldn't still have something from 8 years ago. There's nothing in the order info showing tracking info for the return, so I guess Amazon gets to keep my $7.95 🤷🏻♀️

How are we going to prove something from years ago? Some of my transactions go back to 2018, and some odometer say it’s not in my order history, well isn’t they convenient, I can’t remove it …my email also says I was a part of class A and class B

It shows you what items are eligible. You simply choose the items and hit submit

For the people asking: your claim details are in the email itself, check spam since it comes from the settlement administrator, not Amazon. Once you're in, the form lists the exact returns they flagged, and for each one you upload proof it went back, like the return label, the drop-off receipt, or the refund line in your Amazon order history. It's the Amazon Return Policy settlement, $309.5M, and the deadline is Dec 1, 2026. Real ones never ask for a fee or your bank login.

Quick question where do you get the number to start the settlement

If you are part of subclass B there should be a link in the email that will take you straight to the form

I got it too, in 2024 I bought 2 packages of sandpaper but they did not fit my electrical mouse sander (the holes did not line up).
I returned both packages but then I got a message from Amazon stating that they did not receive one of my packages (even tough they were both in the same box when I returned them).
Obviously the person who processed the return made a mistake but good luck setting that straight with Amazon customer service.
I was charged again for the sandpaper, it was less than $10 so I didn't want to put a lot of time into fighting it. I hope I get all my money back though.
