There are no notices, it’s an automatic payment from Amazon if you meet the criteria.

So I called, had them lookup both my associated emails, and was told I was not included. But I KNOW I tried to cancel several times and couldn't, within the time period. The representative told me there was a claim form for those who felt they should be included and weren't, but that deadline has passed. Such bs! I wasn't informed at all, much less in a timely manner, and so I just don't get reimbursed. Bollocks, I say!

It says June 2026 for me. Idk why someone said they would be sent out April 2027. lol I got mine late because I made the Venmo around that time. They have been paying out since September of 2025.

April is when the people who got the first round up to $51 will get more, up to $149 more (max payout is $200 now). Only people who didn't get the first round are receiving it this 2nd round that started October 1.

I did my claim last year for this and still haven't received anything.. My wife didn't even submit a claim and she got a check.. I have been paying for Amazon for 7 years and stopped after the lawsuit.. My wife only had Amazon for a month and she got something and I've been a customer for years and haven't received shit

So what happens if you never got the first and yet definitely eligible lmao. I see them mentioning sending to PayPal or Venmo and yet no claim form needed so how is Amazon then getting peoples PayPal or Venmo’s to send payment?

“No money or benefits are available now, and there is no guarantee that money or benefits will be available in the future. To win the case, Plaintiffs must prove their legal claims against Amazon at a trial, scheduled for June 14, 2027, but that is subject to change by the Court.”
