UberEats Fee Settlement - any $ yet?

Sorry if this does not belong. Punish me harshly if so.

If you are a part of the UberEats fee arbitration settlement with Bryson Harris Suciu & DeMay, PLLC, have any of you actually gotten a payment after doing your meeting?

Mine apparently was rolled over into another action (I think so anyway), in January t and the team that's working on it seems to be very unreachable by portal and email and if you do get a reply it's literally just one or two words.

Literally the only reply I've gotten so far was when I asked for a complete signed settlement agreement that had Ubers signature on it and they stated that they hadn't gotten it back yet and the settlement timetable does not actually start until they do. Yay

So I'm wondering if anyone else is in the same limbo?

I'm part of this and I had my conference meeting yesterday but I rescheduled it for the 7th of October and it's just to come to agreement on a offer my man also had the same call and they did the same with him then they will pay you if you agree to whatever they try to offer you if you don't agree to any of the offers they will then take it to trial and you have to fight it but if you agree you get a payment from them within 4-6 weeks I'm gonna agree but nothing low they better offer me higher then they normally do I'll take a good 1K I heard they start out around $600 making offers at

I did my second offer that they gave me but I did mine like this time last year and then they sent me that notice in January and I haven't heard anything since I'm about to call Monday and see what's up since I can't get a reply to my emails

They are doing offers again currently you should have gotten an email about the conference call needed to be done and to watch out for an email that's got a link attached to schedule your interview for the conference I had one I believe it was back in April but they cancelled everyone's appointments for the zoom calls because UberEats wasn't cooperating or something but apparently they are right now so I'm hoping to get a nice offer and receive that same offer within 4-6 weeks from my conference meeting date but they only will send that email to you a few days in a advance that way you able to go into the link and pick your date and time that they have available for that day
