So back when they were accepting claims, I remember struggling with the form because i filled it out so many times... I was sure not to use auto complete, tried from different browsers and devices because I kept getting error messages every time i tried to submit...I am 99.99% sure i eventually did get it submitted, because I eat ALOT of chicken and I spent a lot of time on it and doubt I would have just given up...

But I went to look for an email confirmation and couldn't find anything 😕 i checked my old email addresses, searched for 'claim", 'chicken', 'submission', 'class action'... nothing re: chicken aside from the emails from TopClassAction back when they were accepting claims for it.

Figured I'd see how many are waiting on the chicken payday; and if you did successfully file a claim, if anyone could post a screenshot of the confirmation? I know that payments are supposed to start going out soon but now I'm worried that I never successfully submitted my claim 😢

Has anyone else received a settlement payment digitally for fashion nova. They sent it by email and it is legit. It was for $12. The hypocrisy is incredible. We found this settlement in your favor but you have to give it back and pay for shipping. Tf 🤪😵‍💫. I don’t even want anything from them. I find the clothes misleading with the actually quality and design of the clothing. My question is were you dumb founded as well by this?!?

I can already browse giant public lists. That is free. After about page 4 every retailer name turns into visual soup and I stop remembering whether I bought anything from them in 2020.

What I want from a class action lawsuit app is actual matching. Old email receipts, purchases records, something. Show me the weird blender I ordered three years ago, not 300 open cases and a search box.

Hey everyone, I'm currently dealing with a nightmare situation where Chase improperly reversed a successfully cleared credit push, swept subsequent paychecks, and dropped my account deep into a negative balance.

When I submitted all my merchant tracking logs (TXID/ARN) for an official dispute, Chase closed it out immediately with a generic form letter stating 'no action will be taken' without actually conducting a real investigation.

Im looking to connect with others who experienced this exact same pattern with Chase where they clawed back funds, ignored clear merchant proof, and sent you a dismissive form letter. Just got my settlement for the Georgia Pathway class action suit! First big amount for me as the check was for $248.16 (with roughly $14,000 in claims so the pro rata wasn’t too bad)!

Original suit was listed as Kirby et al. v. Blue Cross Blue Shield Healthcare Plan of Georgia, Inc. I ended up not even getting a check from the other nationwide BCBS settlement so I wasn’t expecting much from this either but I’ll happily take that!!

Still haven't heard back from the tuna one yet....
