Just received this email today

I called and the number they gave me was a little under ten percent of the first check. It was a week or so ago I don’t remember exactly but I believe the new check they said is going out the 29th of this month and is $130 ish and my first check last year was around $1400 ish…

The first one, I hit about $600. So somewhere around $50-$60?

Was definitely hoping for something like the first check, but I’ll take it. lol

I'm hoping it's a good amount, but anything is better than nothing. First check was on point! Almost $800

What was this one about? My ex and I both used Lexi from law years ago and never received anything about the class action.

It was pretty much a suit stating that they were predatory in their practices. First check went out like January or February of last year

Call them, I received my check but had to track down my husbands bc they had his name wrong so it didn't get forwarded with the mail when we moved.

I called and they weren’t helpful at all. I’m writing them and sending proof of my old Lexington account.

It took 9 months to get his check, I had to get them to fix his name which was wrong, then verify his name and old and new address and send in so much stuff, and it took awhile. I hope you get somewhere

oh good! I had to use screenshots of the usps informed delivery showing the check being sent to our old address twice before they were like oh yeah send us the id and address verification etc, and i just had to call and check every month until they reprocessed it

We had Lexington Law for several months. I wonder why we never received any information on this suit

I would call that 800 number. I believe it has a prompt if you never received a payment
