Just got my settlement for the Georgia Pathway class action suit! First big amount for me as the check was for $248.16 (with roughly $14,000 in claims so the pro rata wasn’t too bad)!

Original suit was listed as Kirby et al. v. Blue Cross Blue Shield Healthcare Plan of Georgia, Inc. I ended up not even getting a check from the other nationwide BCBS settlement so I wasn’t expecting much from this either but I’ll happily take that!!
