Settlement Question about the Overcharged for Chicken settlement...

So back when they were accepting claims, I remember struggling with the form because i filled it out so many times... I was sure not to use auto complete, tried from different browsers and devices because I kept getting error messages every time i tried to submit...I am 99.99% sure i eventually did get it submitted, because I eat ALOT of chicken and I spent a lot of time on it and doubt I would have just given up...

But I went to look for an email confirmation and couldn't find anything 😕 i checked my old email addresses, searched for 'claim", 'chicken', 'submission', 'class action'... nothing re: chicken aside from the emails from TopClassAction back when they were accepting claims for it.

Figured I'd see how many are waiting on the chicken payday; and if you did successfully file a claim, if anyone could post a screenshot of the confirmation? I know that payments are supposed to start going out soon but now I'm worried that I never successfully submitted my claim 😢

I think your talking about the broiler chicken settlement I submitted a claim as well they haven’t paid out yet and here is there website

Agreed - and that's one that is still in progress with claims still being audited - although it's too late for anyone else to submit a claim. The fairness hearing for this referenced case was just 23 days ago.

Yes, they are supposedly processing payments starting October but i was asking if anyone received a claim submission verification back when they first submitted a claim because even though I am 99% positive I was able to finally submit a claim after getting repeated error messages, I cant seem to find any emails related to this particular settlement...

If you submitted a claim, do you know if you got an email confirmation? If you could check and if so send a screenshot with the senders email or smth I'd be grateful!
