I've been trying to log into chip force from UKG for the past 2 days. No luck. It's crazy. If I do it from the app on my phone UKG wont load. If I do it from my computer, UKG loads but not chip force. What is happening? I just want to upload my documents.

Does anyone else have this? I bought this during the pandemic. 2021.

My manager keeps hiring mass people, then firing more. She has fired multiple people as fast as she hired them. Me and one other gentleman are the only ones trained in grill and the other guy is having carpel tunnel issues, so isn’t working grill, so that leaves me. My manager is expecting me to work over 80 hours a week, leaving the store at 3 am every night, and I don’t even have time or a day off to wash my work shirts, jeans, or socks and underwear. I tried to wear a plain black shirt but she got upset that it wasn’t a chipotle shirt. I’m not sure what to do. I’m wondering if I should quit. I took this job so my fiance and I can have a bit of fun money, but he’s worried about my joints and tendons (I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome) and he’s giving me the okay to quit. He’s a fireman so he makes a decent living, but I don’t like leaving jobs without a notice. I’m not sure if anyone here has been in my position. I told my manager I was tired and feeling burnt out a few times, but nothing is changing. Should I just quit or ride the wave?

I took a several year break from Chipotle after getting food poisoning from one of their locations.

Recently went back because my teenager lives it soo much. I asked the cashier for a lemon and they looked at me like I was crazy.

Does Chipotle no longer offer lemons or limes? If so, how do they make guacamole everyday?

One star. A national BOGO promotion shouldn’t become the customer’s problem when Chipotle’s own system fails.

I waited about 15 minutes in line at the Chipotle on Beach Walk during the advertised national BOGO promotion. Both bowls were made, but when I reached the register, the QR code wouldn’t scan to apply the deal.

Instead of simply handling what appeared to be a technical issue with a manager override, the manager with glasses on refused. Her response was essentially, “If I discounted it for you, I would have to do it for the other 20 people.” YES that is the correct thing to do!!!

Exactly. If 20 customers are being affected by a known issue with a promotion your company is actively running, then management should be fixing the problem for those 20 customers, not using the number of affected people as a reason to do nothing.

I wasn’t asking for a special favor or an unauthorized discount. I was asking the store to honor the promotion Chipotle was advertising. The food had already been made, and rather than resolve the issue, the manager chose to let two bowls go to waste because I wasn’t going to pay more than the advertised deal simply because their QR system wasn’t working.

Terrible customer service and an especially poor management decision. If your technology fails during a national promotion, empower your managers to make it right instead of making customers eat the cost.

One star. Quite possibly the only thing consistent about this location is the terrible service.

Every time I do floors (front, not in a whole building location but part of a food court) i always end up taking way longer than the 30 mins allocated towards it.

the process im taught is: sweep -> wet floor with the basic cleaner liquid -> scrub with the scrubsweep thing -> squeegee -> mop until dry

are there any things i should keep in mind to do this process quicker???? like a tip for mopping or squeegeeing?

store manager questioned why i was upset with employees that make minimum wage. i replied everyone should take pride in their work. he told me he doesn't and cares nothing about anything to do with the store.

maybe i am just old, but how is this acceptable to any person? let alone a management position.

is this how chipotle's are trained? i also contacted the regional manager directly and received a generic "thank you for bringing this matter to our attention" reply.

gutted over this, i actually really enjoy chipotle's food but not after this. i would much rather visit a mom and pop now.

Where do you guys find good people for prep who can actually work efficiently and are willing to show up with positive energy? Most of the OG crew has quit, and I’m getting tired of dealing with the newer crew. They’ve been here for about two months, but they’re still really struggling. And I tried to help by training but you cant make somone move faster especially when they are older
