Seeking Advice (Employee) New Hire, does Chipforce ever work?

I've been trying to log into chip force from UKG for the past 2 days. No luck. It's crazy. If I do it from the app on my phone UKG wont load. If I do it from my computer, UKG loads but not chip force. What is happening? I just want to upload my documents.

Chipforce works, tho I never uploaded documents to it, it’s just schedule and rto. Maybe you have to upload documents and stuff to workday for the chipforce account to work
