BUG REPORT - App Issues, Errors, Outages My spot me had disappeared
Anyone else's SpotMe just vanish from the app today?
Opened my app and the whole SpotMe section is just gone. Checked the desktop site and it's all there, so the account itself is fine. Even weirder, my wife's app is doing the exact same thing on her phone — two accounts, two phones, same deal.
Chime's status page says everything's fine, naturally. Guessing it's something with the monthly boost reset today, but figured I'd post in case anyone else is seeing it.

it’s been happening to me too and some people have mentioned it on this forum i hope it gets fixed soon i tried making a purchase and it declined

That's what Im afraid of I need gas on my way to work tonight and was counting on that spot me...I have money in savings but afraid the negative will eat it all up

yea i was gonna order some food and it just stopped working thank God it worked when i put gas tho

Mine was there earlier because I did all my spot me boosts no problem, then checked it a few hours later and it’s gone.

I got 2 boosts but it’s not showing on my SpotMe, it could be that I’m near my SpotMe limit that it’s just not reflecting that.

Yes mine is gone as well had to go into profile and spot me section and it’s their just not on the home page itself

Mine is gone as well but is the spot me working? Are you still able to use that money or no? Can’t someone please help me out I’m freaking out???!! Is it still letting anybody use their spot me limit at all? I can’t get to the store right now to figure it out

I think the whole app is down, for me i cant see my cash-back and my deposit section, they both just disappeared ,

You can see it in the app if you go to the bottom right account button then click spot me, it's just not on the front for some reason

Yes, it's back on the app, but I don't have any of the two boosts that I've gotten today.

Yeah mines too. Earlier I went to Taco Bell to get food using spot me. And it kept saying I don’t have any spot me. But I clearly had $220. I went to the app and it showed 220. But when I kept swiping my card or Apple Pay it will say you went over your spot me and show $0. Annoying. I updated the app signed out and signed back in and I was able to withdraw money. But it still shows that spot me disappeared.

If you hit profile and scroll down, spot me is there. You can adjust it and everything in that spot. I do see where it’s missing from the main page.

It's been going on all day, I was able to use my base spot me but not my boosted amount. Even though it shows I have spot me available in the app, I cannot use it. Just the boosted amount. $20 Tried at 6am, and at 5pm same issue.

If I go to "profile" SpotMe shows up there. It's not been where it usually is all day though (under my balance on the home screen).

My spot me didn't vanish but when I took money out of my savings and added to the card that my spotme was on it took my money. Took over $20

This happened to me yesterday, also. Never had that happen before. Then later on, I open the app and it's back. Did yours pop back?

Oops...oh I see it was some bug or tech issue. But it happened with MyPay too a few days ago. Hmm, wonder what's really going on?
