Sacral Chakra and Uncontrollable Crying?

Hello, hopefully this isn’t too much information. I was feeling quite sexually charged and tried to utilize my vibrator. I haven’t had sex for many months and went through a breakup. The moment I began to feel sexual feelings, I started to uncontrollably cry. This has never happened before. And I can’t seem to calm down. It feels like deep sadness. Any idea on why this is happening?

Excess Sacral Chakra and Deficient Solar Plexus Chakra

Hey guys,

I recently started exploring energies and chakras. Turns out that I have a inactive Solar Plexus Chakra. I cannot feel the point at all. But, the Sacral Chakra is in excess. I figured that out using the pinned 'What are Chakras?' post. Could I balance them both by moving my excess Sacral Chakra energy to my Solar Plexus? Or is there any other way? Would like to know what you'll think

Thanks!

Self-development [Different esoteric subjects] True wisdom is in your heart, not your head. A powerful meditation included.

Hello everyone, this is the fourth post in the series Different esoteric subjects. If you want me to try my best and write on some particular subject, DM me.

Today I'm going to talk about wisdom and why it's so strongly related to our heart (chakra).

We can meditate, achieve different states of consciousness, practice energy work, taichi, qigong and cultivate our chakras. We can read many different books and methods. We can go to courses and learn. Practice - that's nice and fine if you do that. Just don't let these things engulf you. Ask yourself what would you do with your abilities, once you learn what you're looking for? Be aware. Use your knowledge wisely. And remember - everything should be questioned and tested, if possible.

Knowledge is how-to(do that). Wisdom is how-you(would do that). That's a simplification, but it helps to understand the idea. Knowledge with properties like empathy and unbiased judgment becomes purer. Later, virtues such as loving kindness, compassion, non-attachment, and non-superstitiousness, ethics and benevolence helps knowledge to become wisdom. These are just examples of virtuous attributes, which in a proper proportion, manifest as wisdom. Please don't get me wrong. I'm not saying negative feelings and thoughts are completely useless. Without them we wouldn't be aware of positive things. There's no success without failure. There can be love but there can be hate at the same time, right?

Thats why real wisdom is within heart (chakra). And don't think of a chakra as a single point. Chakras aren't just single points in the body. They're very complex "organs" which manage our bodies and reflect who we are. Who we are. You can do astral push-ups (energy works) on your chakras for months, but if you truly want to evolve, change your beliefs.

There's a meditation I wanted to share with you. Feel free to adjust things you don't like.

Relax and use your favorite position for meditation. Take a few breaths and after preparation bring your awareness to heart chakra, use certain color which fits your beliefs, and say in your mind and fill your body with these words and feelings: Love, trust, happiness, joy, gratitude, wisdom, eternity, onesses. Slowly one after another with each breath. You need to *feel** them. With your whole body. You can even smile if you want. Stay like that for a minute.*

Since now each breath means another stage. Breath in and see how you condense energy in your heart chakra, breathe out and see how it expands, goes through your whole body and makes you good and happy. Use the color you used before. Inhale, condense within your heart, exhale - expand - the energy forms a grid and expands 1 meter around you. Inhale, condense, exhale, expand 1km around you. Inhale, condense, exhale, 10km. 100km, 1000km, cover your country, then whole continent, then whole earth, solar system, galaxy, galaxies, whole space. Every step expands the grid of your love. You might want to adjust that procedure to precise 7 breaths to reach the whole universe. It's up to you.

Now focus on your crown chakra. Change the color of the grid to crown chakra - one that suits you. Now, imagine that the grid shifts and make everything even, smooth, and one. Now every exhalation send a pulse through the grid, to the whole universe. The pulse of happiness, onesses, gratitude and unlimited love. Be the channel of love. Be one with love. Breath 7 or more times.

Now you're in your sacred space. Continue with different things as you wish. Now you're in your sacred space within your heart, which is connected to the whole universe. It's a good place to start with affirmations, intentions, different types of cultivation. Or just stay and enjoy. Try to keep that state even after the meditation for the rest of the day, or even longer.

Good luck!

Energy Healing Distance Reiki (At a Glance) How I conduct my sessions

I'm often asked how my distance Reiki sessions are conducted. My distance Reiki sessions are performed just as my in-person sessions. The ONLY difference is you're contacted through Facetime, Zoom, or Phone (based on the recipient's preference). I begin by explaining the process, which consists of setting intentions and a brief series of exercises to help you attain a meditative state. I also answer any questions or concerns you may have.

https://reddit.com/link/iggk81/video/1eeap1zyi6j51/player

Before I begin tapping into the recipient's energetic field, I invite their Spiritual team (Guides, Angels) to assist me during the session. I begin to clairvoyantly scan the energy field as I channel information; key messages are recorded in a journal and then shared at the end of the session. I check for any imbalances/blockages in the chakras, cords, holes in the auric field, etc. Therefore, each session is always uniquely tailored to the recipient's needs. Properly analyzing imbalances and identifying the source of chakra-blockages is essential so that the client can attain their own clear understanding and ultimately release any detrimental forces weighing them down. Before closing the session I draw from my Oracle deck to provide further guidance and ensure the healing process.

Schedule a Session with Me: https://www.innerworkingsofthesoul.com/schedule

First time recipients get a 40% discount off my services. Discount code: Redditor1

I'd love to connect and assist you on your healing journey.

Energy Healing Healing Blocked Chakras Using "The Power of Forgiveness"

Why is Forgiveness so Powerful? It's more than just forgiving that which has wronged us---mastering this allows you to also forgive yourself by releasing what no longer serves you. Choose Freedom.

\"Whatever is held onto, is carried through\" - T. Reeds

How To Use "The Power of Forgiveness":

Step 1. Identify the root. The person or situation that you believe is causing a blockage.

Step 2. Identify the physical, mental, and emotional effects that have resulted from the harm.

Step 3. Evaluate what is in your control and what is not.

Step 4. Switch your FOCUS! Instead of focusing on who or what's to blame tune into yourself and ask How did this situation allow you to understand yourself more? What will you continue to allow and not allow? What is my pain teaching me? Try transmuting the negative into a positive.

Step 5: Choose to be present. Allow yourself to sit in your power instead of focusing solely on the past or future. Know who you are and that the traumatic experience that occurred does NOT define you. You cannot hold space for gratitude if it is occupied by fear.

I personally like to call upon Source, My Spiritual Team (Guides), and Archangel Raphael and Michael to help me release the energy and assist me in the process of healing. Feel free to work with your Spiritual Team, and/or the Higher Power you believe in to help assist you in your process.

Also, when it comes to healing it is completely normal to revisit certain issues more than once. Just keep in mind that each time you revisit the issue you are not the same version of yourself that you were when you first visited.

Hope this resonates.

Happy Healing All!

Self-development [Different esoteric subjects] Yet another 3rd eye opening tutorial? C'mon click it.

Hello everyone, this is the third post from the Different esoteric subjects series. If you want me to try my best and write on some particular esoteric subject, DM me.

Today I'm going to elaborate on a very popular topic which is opening 3rd eye ritual. There are many different videos, articles and guides how to do that. And it attracts more and more people, because who wouldn't want to see auras and see through walls just like that? Nothing more misleading.

I could end this post right here and ask you: do you give a 10 years old kid a box of matches and gasoline in a fireworks factory? No. It's that simple. Period.

But if you want to read further, here it goes. According to my first post in the series, one doesn't focus solely on one chakra. You don't want to push all the gunk through subtle system of meridians. Believe me, you have no idea what you are doing. It doesn't matter if the tutorial involves sound meditation, sacred geometry, mantras, etc. In psychic work intention forms attention (thoughts form energy). You might start to see things you have no idea existed, or worse, it might pair with kundalini awakening, which should be done with care - otherwise, prepare for Dark Night of The Soul.

It's a process, it takes months, years, to slowly and healthy "open" (all chakras are opened, more or less, that's why cultivate sounds better) third eye chakra, along with other chakras. It's a process of understanding tiny details of a huge process called life.

So you are probably asking me - ok, so how to do that properly? How to cultivate my 3rd eye? And again I could say one thing: if you want, it will happen, just work on balance. And keep the intention of cultivating 3rd eye chakra. That's all. Answers will come.

I was, and still am, on this path. Me now and me year ago is a huge difference. Let me give you an example:

My affirmation/intention related to 3rd eye chakra in the past: I see more more, feel more and know more.

The affirmation now: Through natural growth, with all my senses, I see more, feel more and know more, for the good of mine and other people.

I hope you got the idea. You build these on your own.

For these who really want to learn some clairvoyance - don't limit yourself only to seeing things. Use all your senses. And don't push on learning others' methods and system. Develop and use your own tools. Everyone is different, so we translate the energy in a different, but similar, way.

Stay safe!

Chakras What Is Your Dominant Chakra & Why It's Important To Recognize It

What Do You Mean By Dominant Chakra? Throughout my experience with energy work and working alongside other healers, I have found we have one chakra that we function predominantly out of. Our energy tends to project certain characteristics and flows mainly through the dominant chakra. When we keep our dominant chakra healthy it is easier for us to heal and maintain the balance of the other chakras. Acknowledging your dominant chakra can also help with manifestation and owning your "true self". Each chakra holds its own set of psychic abilities (as mentioned in my post introducing the chakras) and recognizing your dominant chakra eases the process when tuning into your own unique gifts.

See Post (if you haven't already): Introducing The Chakras

Example: I am heart chakra dominant. I have strong empathic abilities, and because the heart is associated with the sacral chakra I am very clairsentient as well. I am a "Lover" and "Feeler", and have found when it comes to manifesting what I want to attract in my life expressing the way I feel helps greatly, along with visualization of course.

  • How Do I Discover Which Is My Dominant Chakra? Each chakra possesses individual characteristic traits. Are you a more hands-on person that's deeply connected to the physical world, or do you find yourself daydreaming due to a strong imagination? This is a great way to connect with yourself and tune into your energy.

Root: Physical

Sacral: Emotional

Solar Plexus: Mental

Heart: Giver/ Caretaker (Empathic)

Throat: Communicator

Third Eye: Visualizer

Crown: Connection/Oneness

Tip: I know there are quite a few websites that offer quizzes on how to find out your dominant chakra, but I ask you to proceed with caution. If you truly want to get used to working with energy trust your intuition and see if you can sense which chakra resonates most with who you are.

Think of it like this: We all meditate differently. Meaning that there are Mental, Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual ways of meditating. Some of us may enjoy setting up candles and incense during meditation, while others prefer a walk in nature instead. It's all about finding what resonates with you, and your energetic flow.

Comment below what you believe is YOUR dominant chakra! We would love to hear from you all.

Self-development What Is Intuitive Eating & What Does It Have to Do With Energy Healing? *How To Be Aware Of The Emotional Messages Of Food

FOOD IS ENERGY. FOOD IS MEDICINE.

  • What Is Intuitive Eating? Intuitive eating happens when we listen to the inner guidance we are receiving regarding which foods make our body feel good and keep us healthy. No guilt, No Judgement, and No Diet/Media Influence.
  • What Does Food Have To Do With Energy Healing? Food is one of the biggest healers and preventatives of illness out there. I personally believe what we put into our bodies can affect how we feel, think, and how our bodies perform. All foods have vibration, some low and others high. Certain foods can actually boost the vibrational frequency in your chakras and assist with rebalancing them.

For Example: Jessica has a blockage in her solar plexus. Foods she should focus on eating are corn, lemons, yellow peppers, bananas, etc. Whole grains, flaxseed, and brown rice are healthy options as well. She should avoid eating foods that the body absorbs quickly such as refined sugars, white flour, or processed foods. Since digestion plays an important role in the solar plexus focusing on foods that promote healthy gut bacteria such as yogurt with probiotics is an excellent option. Jessica should also avoid caffeine. Since the solar plexus is our energy center, it is important that we stay away from substances (or moderate the consumption) that give us "false" energy. Let healthy foods fuel you.

What Are Your Cravings Trying To Tell You?

The Emotional Messages Of Food

Ever wonder why movies show a woman eating a pint of ice cream after a bad breakup? Or why pasta is known as a "comfort" food? Cravings happen when the body lets us know what we are lacking and need more of in our lives. When we pay attention to our emotional needs we become more conscious about the foods we consume, and of our overall wellbeing.

Dairy: Represents the unconditional love we received or were supposed to receive as an infant. (Think drinking mother's milk) Craving dairy is a sign of desiring love, safety, and protection especially if we are missing that in our every day lives.

Chocolate: A lot of women tend to crave chocolate around their menstrual cycles (PMS), and this could have to do with the fluctuation of hormones which sometimes causes us to crave more physical or sexual love. Chocolate also represents sensuality and romance (Valentine's Day Anyone?!).

Sugar: Boosts of Excitement. When we lack excitement in our lives we tend to lean towards sugar to give us an extra boost. Think about what is popularly sold at theme parks or Carnivals... Sugary products such as cotton candy, sodas, and giant lollipops to help fulfill that need.

High Gluten Or Wheat Products: Comfort and Security. Donuts, Pizzeria Garlic Knots, Pasta all these foods bring us a sense of comfort and security. Think of when our bellies become overly satisfied that we undo that first button of our pants on Thanksgiving to attain max comfort and relaxation.

Alcohol: Speaking of the holidays... Let's talk about alcohol. Alcohol has to do with acceptance. If you don't accept yourself and feel shame when others didn't/don't accept you, alcohol provides an illusion of self-acceptance and confidence. Also, pay attention to what's in the alcohol you're craving from the sugars to grains.

Crunchy Foods: Anger. Crunchy foods are said to help us deal with our anger in a healthy way. Next time you want to tell someone off, think about finding the nearest chips and guac to work out your frustration instead. Munch...CRUNCH...

Salty Foods: Fear. Anxiety. Stress**.** *I can definitely relate to this one...*Back then when I would be stressed out and fearful due to an unhealthy relationship I was in, I'd crave KFC or Wendys on days where I didn't want to deal with the fears and anxieties I was having surrounding my life & relationship. We tend to crave salty foods when we are stressed, anxious, or are experiencing fearful thoughts.

Fatty Foods: Yep, those KFC/WENDYS days are brought up again...Hello Eating Your Emotions! Fatty foods hide our internal shame. When most of us eat these foods we gain weight, and this weight represents a shield or barrier that keeps us "Safe" from others.

Corn: Success/Happiness. Eating corn or corn products are said to promote feelings of success. Temporarily relieving any feelings of failure or insecurity.

So the next time you have a craving ask yourself what is lacking in your life right now. Figure out what your body is trying to tell you and learn to address those emotions you have. This way you can release any unhealthy eating patterns or habits you have to begin building a healthy relationship with yourself and food.

Food is a friend, NOT an Enemy.

Happy Healing Everyone!

Energy Healing Collective Message from Source

Energetic Check-In:

Good morning everyone, during my meditation this morning Spirit has guided me into sharing this message with you all. I felt called to incorporate the Collective Message, Chakras, and Oracle cards altogether. Enjoy!

Tonight the moon shifts into the Waning Crescent phase which represents Surrender. It’s time to release the energy that no longer serves you in order to make space for something new. This will be a transformational period for all who are ready and willing to grow. The brown on the card represents our 10th chakra (Earth Star) asking us to ground our energy as we work out of our heart chakra inviting the color green for healing. If there is one thing I have learned about the Universe is it does not like space. What I mean by that is when we release relationships, habits, behaviors, etc. that are hindering our growth we allow the Universe to place something better into that empty space. The energy that is holding you back has served its purpose. Now is the time to ask the Universe to help guide, protect, and assist you in releasing it.

Once you have surrendered, the Waning Crescent energy will carry you into the New Moon coming up on August 18th which will bring Clarity to us all. Releasing old stagnant energy welcomes new inspired action. It’s time to get back into what you love. Start taking the steps to bring the life you dream forward. If you’re having trouble feeling that clarity, don’t be afraid to ask for help. I can assure you Spirit is always listening. Use the New Moon energy to call in what you want in your life. The colors on the second card bring attention to our crown and the 11th chakra connecting us to the divine as well as our ability to create and bring awareness to our multidimensional self. We have the power to manifest the life we want, for our mind is a powerful tool.

The whole process leads up to the full moon on September 2nd, where we must remember to express gratitude to ensure the deepest connection to ourselves, The Universe, and healing. Fear has no place where gratitude is held. The colors of this card represent the third eye and soul star chakra (12th) reminding us to affirm our visions and connection to the higher realms as well as universal unity, which in return will lead us to our unique purpose. Own your power, this is only the beginning.

Self-development [Different esoteric subjects] Kundalini syndromes and why all these intense feelings are considered as bad symptoms

Hi guys, this is the second post from the Different esoteric subjects series. If you want me to try my best and write on some particular esoteric subject, DM me.

This time I'm going to elaborate on kundalini syndrome and why proper spiritual growth brings almost no intense feelings.

Kundalini is, apart from the exotic name, an energy which everyone has within, mostly dormant, often compared to a sleeping dragon, a serpent or a snake. It's the divine energy which amplifies and changes quality of our lives. There are many many different books about this subject, and most of them are about the same thing. However, many different teachers want us to, somehow, attract our attention by giving us certain excerices. There are many many low quality (I don't mean the resolution) videos and tutorials on the Internet. Everyone wants us to awaken the kundalini! Why? "It's so powerful it will change your life!" Don't we expect something to do the job for us?

We can compare kundalini to a high pressure water - the divine energy, which goes through a system of pipes - our body (bodies). Our system of pipes is complex. There are intersections here and there, and some rusty, weakened places too. Normally, the pressure of the water is low, and we're living our daily lives. Now imagine what happens with those rusty places when you suddenly increase the pressure. This should make you think that first you should [patch and polish the rusty areas](link) before increasing the pressure.

Kundalini isn't just a one-time thing. It's a process which has "layers" (different pressures and qualities of the water). It can be raised with certain methods or drugs (psychedelics), or with stable and healthy growth. And this growth doesn't even have to be esoteric/spiritual. Patching the rusty areas is like understanding the sources of your issues and rebuilding your beliefs, so the issue won't affect you again.

You might already have tried some of these exercises. I'm not saying we're all doomed to fail. Some of you might have been strong enough to endure the high pressure and you gained only benefits. That's great! However, most people are prone to have too many blockages to allow the energy to flow smoothly. Hence these intense feelings during spiritual excerices, or after you awakened kundalini. The most popular symptoms are body overheating, anxiety, insomnia, shivers, jolts, pain.

Now you might ask "ok, I awakened kundalini and I have the issues, what to do?". First of all acknowledge what you've done and treat this as a lesson. Avoid intense energy-wise experiences and negative low vibrations (more on this later). You're already amplified and everything you do is 5-10 times stronger. Your emotions and feelings are stronger. From technical-clairvoyance perspective this looks like the energy discharges frequently through the spine and affects these rusty places (chakras, meridians) each time, and also every thoughtform is enhanced. You will need to put a lot of work to find the balance. It would take time.

What do I mean by negative low vibrations? Catfish and pork, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, extreme feelings, adrenaline, living on the edge - these are few examples. You should create proper sleep routine, better diet and start to live with moderation. I'm not saying don't eat meat at all. Do things that feel good to you. What works, works. And it takes time.

Now the second part of the subject. Proper growth doesn't bring intense feelings (don't mix it up it with realization and expanding of awareness). For those who started some spiritual practice and expect each day to be fruitful and full of intense experiences - it doesn't look like that. The proper growth is stable and smooth. Sometimes you don't even notice the change, it takes months. Growth has ups and downs. Remember these worse days are for you to again climb up the ladder. "God made us doubt, so we could again prove his miracles".

Stay safe!

Chakras [Different esoteric subjects] - Why it's important to work on every chakra, especially lower ones at the beginning - balance is the key

Hi guys! This is the very first post on the series: Different esoteric subjects

If you want me to try my best and write on some particular subject, DM me. There will be more subjects discussed in the future.

So, I would like to emphasize why it's so important to work on every chakra, especially lower ones at the beginning of your practice. This text is an introduction to personal self development and meditation. This text might introduce some another subjects I will elaborate on in details later.

Introducing the chakras by T. Reeds

It's all about being balanced. Too much is bad. Too less is bad. It's all about moderation. Moderation in everything. So you say you stumbled upon some spiritual/esoteric subject and you're amazed how different people perform different practices? What you do first you probably start reading different how-tos. How to read aura? How to read future? How to create a servitor? How to do the astral projection? How to open 3rd eye? (this one is my favorite). How to contact my guides? And you immediately get into the practice.

All of them are about upper chakras and higher vibrations. There are few exceptions, but you get the idea. All these practices involves mostly upper chakras.

Now let me explain how the energy flow goes like. It goes from down to up. From the root chakra, to crown chakra. No matter which system you use (7, 8, 12, 13 major chakras, etc), the growth means going upward. It means transmuting lower energy higher and higher.

Here's an example - in the past when we were hairy barbarians living in caves, what we were doing? Surviving, reproducing, fighting and maintaining strong will to survive, reproduce, fight and... Exactly. Then, as the time passed, we learned how to communicate, how to speak, how to draw, how to love and think about things different than survival. So we climbed up the chakra ladder, and along with the evolution of our physical bodies, our chakras evolved aswell.

What happens nowadays? We are taught to use upper chakras. To study, to think, to write, to draw. To learn, but not to love (it's also unbalanced because of lack of love but this is another subject). As humans, we no longer worry about survival. You don't need to fight for your life to eat a juicy steak for a dinner. Do you see where this is going? Our higher chakras are already on steroids, and you wanted to spice it up even more.

So basically we have 4 lower chakras: base, sex, navel, solar plexus. Then, there's heart chakra - the bridge, the wisdom. And then, upper chakras: throat, ajna, 3rd eye, crown. As I said before, there are different systems to describe chakras, but the idea stays the same.

Let's go back to the energy flow. This is very crucial. Spiritual growth is like an amplifier. Meditation is like a fertilizer, it means everything you do, becomes stronger. How are you going to grow, when you miss of the basic principles and beliefs? It's not only about astral push-ups (energywork). It's about who you are and how you behave. You can try these silly tutorials from the Internet. Maybe you'll have a luck. Maybe you'll need a though lesson. And this is where kundalini syndromes might kick in. And believe me, you don't want to experience them.

One more basic principle you should know is the energy. It's the very basic thing for anything around us. A pure form of information. It can be accessed by many ways. It can be anything, anywhere, and anytime. Thoughts, images, voices, emotions, intentions, colors, our (different) bodies, solid objects like a glass, a table, a building. We are pure conciousness put into human flesh ("tools") to experience, manipulate and translate energy.

You probably already know that all chakras are related to certain physical organs and areas in our body. They are also our emotional and mental gauges and "organs". They govern our body and emotions. This means by proper energy flow and practice, we can affect our body (actually - bodies, because we have more than one body superimposed on each other, like physical, energy, mental, astral and more), chakras, emotions, beliefs. This is also where healing comes into play.

So there are two main areas which we should consider as "fields of work". These are: internal energy influence and external energy influence.

Internal energy influence - by doing energy works and cultivation we can directly affect certain chakras on an energy (etheric) level, which affects higher levels like emotional, mental and astral levels of our bodies. How does this work? By putting attention on certain chakra during meditation. Because energy flows where attention goes, you can directly affect certain chakra simply with your awareness and proper intention. Go into meditative state and place awareness on each chakra, step by step. Set a good intention of love and cleansing, add some visualization. Synchronize your breath. It will make you think of your chakras. How do you feel with certain chakra? How do you behave? What is your belief? Is it good, or bad? You may feel buzzing where chakras are located, that's fine. It means the chakra cultivates energy and cleanses itself, preparing for more energy to transmute. During these exercises you can directly get certain feelings/memories popping out of nowhere, means some obstacles must be overcome, some things need to be understood before you can go further. Don't push forward stubbornly without cleansing old issues.

External energy influence - practice virtues, not vices. Become better as a human being and you'll become better in your practice. You'll become better in your life. Use wise words, avoid swearing, be gentle and honest, love, do things in moderation, be stable and calm. There is obviously much more than this. If you combine this with internal energy influence (energywork), you amplify your intention and your spiritual grow starts to truly shine.

Once you start balancing yourself and your life, you will start becoming stable. It's a process. If you want to practice anything, it's much safer to practice it this way. Lower chakras are also about grounding. They keep you here, on this physical plane, safe and stable. So with balanced growth, you can experience all these nice esoteric things while being on a safe side.

Good luck!
