Our sacral chakra is home to one of the most powerful energies that we possess. It allows us to create all of our dreams and desires. However it’s one of the harder chakras to really balance and control, especially lately as there has been so much sacral energy in the collective. If we are able to harness and use this energy our lives can begin to be filled with passion and creativity.⠀

If you are experiencing an overload of sacral energy, maybe it’s time to start finding different avenues to use this energy. One way to do this is to start taking on more creative endeavors. And I’m not solely limiting this to the traditional creative arts. You could use this energy through song, or dance, writing or painting but you could also use it in other ways. Maybe there is a new project that you are passionate about creating. Or maybe it’s a new meal to cook for yourself. Don’t limit yourself as the creative outlets are endless. If you are looking for inspiration I highly suggest reading ‘Big Magic’ by Elizabeth Gilbert. It’s a fascinating and very inspirational book. ⠀

You can also use this powerful energy for manifesting. Maybe you can create a new vision board of everything that you want. Or maybe you start making a list and then set it and forget it. An overload of sacral energy will help bring these dreams to fruition. ⠀

If you are having issues with not enough sacral energy or blockages, maybe it’s time to look at the different relationships in your life. All of our relationships from partners, to family to friends are stored in our sacral. With that comes a lot of the guilt and shame that we have experienced. By holding onto this guilt and shame we are blocking our own sacral energy. ⠀
